The National Republican Senatorial Committee has set up a
website to
help people request refunds of their donations to Charlie Crist's
Senate campaign in Florida. Crist isn't proactively returning
donations made while he was still a Republican -- "People gave to a
good cause," he said, "and we're going to spend it on a good cause"
-- though you can get your money back by request.
We do know of at least one donor who really needed his money
back and got it: former Florida Republican Party head Jim Greer,
who was
refunded his $9,600 in Crist contributions so he could spend it
on his legal defense fund.
Anyone who had the lack of sense to send money to Christ is
nothing more than the “Poster Child of RINO Donors.” I hope the
clowns that did this DO NOT get their money back. First off it
won’t do him and good, and second, he keeping it will probably keep
that same group of blindly partisan clowns from sending the refund
to the RNC.

'Almost makes me wish' I'd sent the Crist $5-10 so I could
demand it back.

Crist is a liberal governor, he was an even more liberal
attorney general. As Attorney General his Office of Statewide
Prosecution specialized in cutting low offer plea deals for drug
dealers. Some of this made the Naples, Florida Newspaper. Crist
supported giving voting rights back to convicted felons and
appointed many liberal judges to the bench throughout Florida. He
is liberal opportunist who will do and say anything to get elected,
a direct relative of Arlen Specter.

He also supported Obama during the 2008 election by gaming the
Democrat primaries, invalidating their votes, with the help of a
bill put forth by Robert Wexler. Charlie Crist was the useful idiot
for the Democrats before Rubio drove him out to openly caucus with
them.

Has Cornyn been replaced as head of NRSC? He's the SOB who gave
Crist the money in a legitimately contested primary. I don't like
Crist, but I have a MUCH bigger problem with Cornyn.
