All hail to Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli for keeping alive his state's lawsuit against Obamacare. Here's what the Washington Times had to say about it.

I/we can only hope [and pray] that either Virginia's [or one ot the other twenty (think) lawsuits] prevail in court against this WELFARECARE that this administration has effectively shoved down the throats of taxpaying Americans. This [un]healthcare legislation was never about improving health insurance or medical care, but only [and solely] about wealth redistribution of health insurance coverage from those financially able to pay their own insurance premiums to [forceably] mandate that they pay for thirty million uninsured indigents as well. The administration's edict will effectively gut Medicare coverage that us seniors have paid for through out lifetime payroll deductions in the process of their ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL dictatorial legislation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
