I was so busy yesterday that I forgot to link to this incredibly important story: Former DoJ lawyer Eric Eversole reports that the political hacks at the Obama-Holder Justice Department are now tacitly hindering military voters.

Once again, the Voting Section is making decisions that will disenfranchise military voters in 2010. In February, a senior official in the Voting Section informed an audience of state election officials that the waiver provision was ambiguous. The official further expressed the section's willingness to work with states to submit waiver applications and emphasized the section's desire to avoid litigation.Since February, the section has continued to advocate a position that would grant waivers freely and even grant them if a state failed to provide a military voter with 45 days to receive and return his or her ballot....

I did a little sidebar column to Mr. Eversole's tour de force, trying to put his reporting into broader perspective. Here's how I begin:

Barack Obama learned from Saul Alinsky's manual that the most essential tactic for expanding power is to make opponents abide by the rules while never enforcing the rules against one's allies. That's exactly what his Justice Department and other executive departments are doing in case after case, all aimed at rigging the deck in favor of the political left.

That's what the accompanying column by Eric Eversole is all about. Military voters are thought to tend rightward. The Obamites at Justice - such as Rebecca Wertz, the deputy chief of Justice's Voting Section, whose remarks to the National Association of Secretaries of State were referenced by Mr. Eversole - are thus encouraging secretaries of state to seek waivers so they can avoid taking more steps to protect military voting rights. This is an affront to every one of our servicemen abroad, and it should not be allowed. Rigging the deck is also what the abandonment of a voter-intimidation case against New Black Panthers members is all about...

There is lots more to this story, folks. This attempt to stack the deck is pervasive throughout the Obama administration. And it's exactly what I predicted the day after his election.

This CHICAGO WAY of political operation is not surprising, considering that militaristic dictators initially take control of the armies of their respective countries captured and thereafter, go after the countries' news medias [to control their readers' thoughts]. We're now seeing, thanks to the Daily Caller's forcing the liberal writers out of their Obama closet, that most all of which we read/see in newspapers etc is slanted/biased toward THE CHOSEN ONE and his Chicago hoodlums. The truly sad part to me concerning our military was General Casey's initial response after the Fort Hood Massacre that the most crutial concern for military command was that their ranks should be DIVERSIFIED. American taxpayer-voters had better WAKE UP, don their pants and shoes on 11/3/10, and head to the voting polls the day after!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unsure if the adminsitration is aware of how suspicious the men in the ranks of the military are growing. Not just the "elites" or the brass, but all the way down the line.

It's not that they would not only vote these schmucks out, but are now beginning to fear their government. And yes, these thoughts are now being spoken of openly in some circles.

"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty." Thomas Jefferson

It's waaaay past time to right this ship!
