Meanwhile, congress maintains it's cool 20% approval rating

Even with an approval rating of 20%, these fools keep getting elected back time and again. What does that say about the country? People seem to be happy enough not to change Congress. People complain, but they don't go to VOTE! That's the problem!

What it means is the political system is even more “fixed” than a mafia casino.
In a mafia casino there is a outside possibly you can win and make it home with your winnings.
In the American political system there is no chance the public can win. There is simply a rotation of personal through the system, each “reframed” and “rebranded” to fool the public.
In the South it is common practice for the Democratic Party to bribe and subvert Republican Party candidates through their Union allies. So who ever is elected the Democratic Party wins and the political system continues unmolested by the public needs or desires.
The RINO phenomenon is one of the many ways the NorthEastern Political Elites keep control.

This is what happens when you pick a President of the United States based on style and not ability just like you would pick the President of your High School class.
