The federal lawsuit to block the Arizona anti-illegal immigration law SB 1070, slated to go into effect on July 29, has been filed. As noted earlier, the Obama Justice Department plans to argue that Arizona is unconstitutionally usurping the federal government’s immigration authority in violation of the supremacy clause and the doctrine of preemption.
So what in the Arizona law contradicts federal immigration policy? To paraphrase a favorite slogan of the open borders crowd, Arizona is simply doing a dirty job Washington won’t do.

This is so far beyond the pale. Some Federal Judge ruled that Mexico can sue Arizona over the law. What Constitution is he reading and what oath of office did he take?
If Arizona tells DoJ to take a hike do we seriously think President Al Naqis will roll the tanks to force compliance?

Hey Arizona! Defy them! If some jackass in black robes rules for the feds, announce an end to ALL cooperation with Washington! Be the shot heard round the world, part 2! Start the ball rolling - massive non-compliance, civil disobedience toward any Washington mandate, NULLIFICATION!!! It's time to start the fight before any more is lost to this Manchurian President!

This is just another example of this administration's usual tactic of attacking anyone who disagrees with it or points out its failings. Since Obama has no solutions to the illegal immigration problem and the violence it brings to our southern border, he has to distract the gullible with a lawsuit that calls the state of Arizona racist for taking it upon itself to enforce what is already federal law. He is just paving the way to amnesty for illegal immigrants. That's a whole lot of votes for democrats.
