Congratulations to Nikki Haley in South Carolina. If she has been
slandered, it is among the vilest slanders imaginable.
On the other hand, if she has been lying, and if the left
produces evidence that convinces the court of public opinion, two
weeks before Election Day…. and if she, helped by the
establishment media over-focusing on her case, takes the whole
conservative movement down with her, well…. Hades should be
calling. IF she is telling the truth, it is about her and her
honor, and more power to her. If she is telling lies, it is not
about her, but about her state and the entire national
conservative movement, because that’s how the establishment media
will play it — and that means her lies will have been one of the
most selfish political acts in a long, long, long, long time.
Selfish and inexcusable.
Let’s hope, devoutly, that it is the former, that she is telling
the truth. If so, then let her be a rising star in the
conservative firmament.
Michael | 6.23.10 @ 8:17PM
What a stupid post. Why don't assume she telling the truth and keep your bile to yourself.
Red Phillips | 6.23.10 @ 9:40PM
Michael, an allegation is not untrue because we politically support the accused. Allegations must be judged on their merits just as you would if the allegations were against someone you were disinterested in. To automatically defend someone against a charge because you support him/her politically risks winding up with an enormous amount of egg on your face. Hasn’t experience taught us that these types of allegations are often true (Clinton, Foley, etc. etc. etc.)? Just ask Lanny Davis what it is like to defend someone based on political sympathy later to find out they were guilty.
I have a hard time believing that Folks, who has much credibility to lose, would just completely make something like this up. On its face, the allegation is at least as likely true as not. I won’t believe anyone in this mess for sure unless they volunteer to take and pass a polygraph. In fact, the fact that Haley didn’t DEMAND to take a lie detector test when the allegations first arose inclines me to believe they are either true or have some element of truth to them. What would you do if you were publicly accused of something you were totally innocent of? I know what I would do. I would take an army to keep me away from a lie detector.
Last I read, Haley’s second accuser (the less credible one in my original estimation) volunteered to take a polygraph test and Haley, who was asked publicly, refused. (She didn’t exactly refuse. She gave a very fishy non answer.)
Here is Haley refusing.

Here are Marchant’s results.
http://www.midlandsconnect.com.....?id=467390
I am afraid that the conservative voters in SC reacted in sympathy to Mrs. Haley, but they may be sorry if this ends up blowing up in their face before the general.
Nobama| 6.23.10 @ 11:59PM
What's with you and Haley bashing, Red? Got tired of beating up on the Jews, huh?
Loser.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 9:11AM
I'm not Haley bashing you mud slinger. (Why don't you make an argument instead of calling names? Are you capable?) I just think a lot of conservatives are being naive and this has the potential to blow up in their faces.
As I said, a charge is not untrue because we support the accused and want it to be untrue. The charge should be evaluated objectively. Surely you agree with that.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 4:50PM
Selective mud slinging is something you'd know a lot about, Red. Usually your nasty screeds are directed toward Jews; I was just curious why you were directing your venom toward Haley this time.
Loser.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 6:03PM
"Usually your nasty screeds are directed toward Jews"
Really? Show me ONE nasty screed I have directed toward Jews you simple minded child. Being in favor of neutrality and non-intervention is not a nasty screed directed at anyone. You flunk logic.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 9:26PM
You've posted too many anti-Semitic rants to count.
I'm just curious why you're attacking Haley now.
Perhaps Nikki is part Jewish.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 10:22PM
"You've posted too many anti-Semitic rants to count."
Then show me one big mouth. Put up or shut up.
Nobama| 6.25.10 @ 12:42AM
Screw you, Red. I've discredited you and that's all I care about, bigot.
Red Phillips | 6.25.10 @ 8:41AM
Tick tock, tick tock ... still waiting for that example big talker.
Nobama| 6.25.10 @ 2:30PM
Slow troll.
Matthew M| 6.24.10 @ 12:23PM
Red, you had me up to: "Folks, who has much credibility to lose".
I don't see a bit of evidence of this, and much evidence to the contrary. He is a failed political player who writes a one-man blog offering up boilerplate analysis with a side helping of self-promotion.
He has no role in SC politics. He is no longer a player. His one former patron is a punchline who will soon be leaving office. His wife probably works and supports him while he writes a few blog posts a day.
So, where exactly is this precious credibility Will Folks would be afraid to burn?
Bruce | 6.24.10 @ 12:31PM
Did you even consider she didn't take a so-called "lie detector" (which it is clearly NOT) because she knows damned well the test is a totally unreliable indicator of truth or lies?
There are a multitude of reasons why polygraph tests are not admitted as evidence in a court of law. It's a relatively simple task for people - especially those with a personality disorder prone to lying (like Obama) - to defeat the test.
This line of question is absolutely meaningless at getting to the truth of the allegations.
Bryant Metler| 6.24.10 @ 1:48PM
You're right, lie detector tests are not reliable, and anyone is a fool to take one to prove their innocence.
Folks is an a__, regardless, and a useless so-called political operative.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 2:04PM
"Did you even consider she didn't take a so-called "lie detector" (which it is clearly NOT) because she knows damned well the test is a totally unreliable indicator of truth or lies?"
I'm glad we have so many experts on lie detector tests around here. Perhaps someone would like to link to some credible forensic articles that suggest they are "totally unreliable." They are not permitted in court in the US, but police departments use them routinely. I guess they are all a bunch of fools for doing so.
WJ| 6.24.10 @ 3:56PM
http://antipolygraph.org/
Seriously, you think that the "lie detector" test is infallible? Can you link to credible forensic articles that show that the "lie detector" test is totally reliable????
It measures heart rate, blood pressure and sweating, that's it.
waterman3| 6.24.10 @ 3:57PM
a polygraph does not measure truth or fiction. it measures nervousness.
i don't have any footnotes, but only personal experience. i myself have beaten a polygraph; i also know people who have failed one, only to be exonerated by independent verification.
why gamble on cards dealt by someone else?
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 4:52PM
You're the one who should take a polygraph test, Red. You're the liar.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 4:54PM
...the RED planet. Sorry.
Lie Detector| 6.24.10 @ 5:36PM
This is typical evasive Red. Marchant's results were inconclusive and Haley's response was perfectly reasonable irritation. Red is an extremely deceptive character who shouldn't be trusted for any information.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 5:41PM
I agree. Red's a real piece of 'nuanced' crap.
He's an anti-Semite, too.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 6:23PM
And you are a name caller who is incapable of rational argument. No matter how many times you repeat it, being pro-neutrality and anti-intervention doesn't make someone an anti-Semite. And you don't catch on very fast either. By now you should have picked up on the fact that I won't be intimidated by your name calling.
Lie Detector| 6.24.10 @ 7:21PM
Multiple people have accused you Red. You say with no basis. I would feel more comfortable if you took a lie detector test. I am not interested in paying for it because I don't care what you think but it is what anyone interested in protecting their reputation would do if they cared about the truth. New accusations will be ready for you when you are finished.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 9:32PM
Haha! Good post, Lie detector.
Red, you're the one riding the short bus today; I don't care if you're intimidated or not, doofus.
I'm just letting other folks know you're a shady operator.
And now they do--Game, Set and Match to me!
WorkingTommyC | 6.23.10 @ 10:12PM
If you're innocent, you do not dignify such allegations by subjecting yourself to a lie-detector test. One is assumed, in polite society if not the courts, to be innocent until proved guilty, n'est-ce pas?
Honor is something that is still understood in the South. You do not jump through hoops nor in any other way stoop to the opponents' level nor become their circus act nor otherwise entertain their perverse demands. Distraction is as much of a goal in such accusations as the actual impugning of a candidate during a hectic phase of the election. If there is proof, it is completely up to the accuser to provide it. It is not up to the accused to prove a negative.
What would come after the very fallible lie detector tests, anyway? Crawling a mile on broken glass at high noon? Such political monsters as attacked Nikki would never be satisfied and nothing would stop those who would continue to make the accusations in their desperate attempts to gain political power. It is best, instead, to allow them to continue to aptly demonstrate with their vitriol just what ugly, festering sores on the face of politics they truly are. Andre Bauer was stomped on for his campaign tactics in the election and deserves every bad thing that could happen to him politically in my opinion.
Decent people will make their decisions according to standards of decency, not standards of never-ending demands of proof. If that doesn't satisfy those who claim to be impersonally logical in their pursuit of knowledge, they will just have to learn to live with the emotion of frustration and move on to more worthwhile efforts in their intellectual lives.
Red Phillips | 6.23.10 @ 10:35PM
"If you're innocent, you do not dignify such allegations by subjecting yourself to a lie-detector test."
Give me a break WTC. We call that rationalization. If I was publicly accused of having an affair I would walk across hot coals to get to a lie detector. If some would not "dignify" the accusation by not preemptively volunteering for a lie detector then so be it, but if challenged publicly to then decline to take one stinks to high heaven.
Doesn't ample experience teach us that these sorts of allegations are generally true? How many high profile cases would you like me to cite? (Admittedly almost all of them involved male candidates.) I am sure there have been allegations that have remained unproven, but off the top of my head I can't think of a single high profile case where the allegations were definitively proven untrue.
This didn't spring up out of the blue. There were rumors of an affair before Folks came forward.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 12:01AM
Is Haley pro-Israel? Why else would you care so much about her personal life?
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 9:15AM
Because I don't want a Democrat elected in South Carolina because wishful thinking conservative overlooked a potential scandal. Why don’t you address an argument instead of making sleazy innuendoes?
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 4:55PM
No innuendos here--that's your style, buffoon.
You should be polygraphed.
Matthew M| 6.24.10 @ 12:28PM
Red, I have a feeling you're trolling, but am gonna reply this far: What possible advantage would it have given Nikki Haley to do a lie-detector test? It would keep the allegations in the news cycle. And would it dispose the question? Lie detectors aren't taken seriously as proof (try using one as proof in a court). Who would give it? What would she do afterwards, put a video of the session on youtube, or hold a press conference describing it?
The idea of a political figure voluntarily going through such demeaning theater, especially against such a ...credibility-challenged accuser like Will Folks, is utterly outrageous.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 1:58PM
"What possible advantage would it have given Nikki Haley to do a lie-detector test?"
Oh I don't know ... if she passed it she could maybe ... WAVE IT IN HER ACCUSER'S FACE! And incidently in the media's face. A positive lie detector test would have immediately squelched the story.
And on what grounds do you call Folks credibility challenged? His credibility is key to continuing his insider status. He actually would have a great deal to lose by blatantly lying.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 5:30PM
Matthew's right, you are a troll.

You had sex and an inappropriate homosexual affair. This is the allegation against you which is being by Micheal Laranzo.
Now please prove that you did not have an inappropriate Homosexual relations with Michel Laranzo. provide all your email/text messages, phone records and take lie detector test to convince us that you are telling the truth.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 9:23AM
Gary, the Haley charge had context. There were already rumors out there. It didn't just come out of the blue. But I have never had a homosexual affair with anyone, and I would be more than happy to submit to a polygraph test to substantiate that claim provided you pay for it. I think the experience would actually be fun and educational.
But if I were a high profile candidate and that charge were made publicly, I would march down to the polygraph office right after I got done punching whoever made the allegation in the mouth.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 4:57PM
Hater.
WorkingTommyC | 6.24.10 @ 12:02AM
Red:
No rationalization here. I'm just passing on what I've found out on the matter. However, it's plain to see that you're engaging in magical thinking. Lie detector are NOT the ultimate arbiters of truth as you so naively believe.
Such tests are the first refuge of a guilty person. Any good defense lawyer will have their guilty client take it on the chance that they will pass it. If they don't pass, it is not admissible in a court of law so nothing is lost and perhaps something is gained.
Most politicians seem to be great liars. The key to being a great liar is to believe your own lies. If you believe your own lies, you can pass a polygraph test.
Politics is filled with sociopaths. Sociopaths pass lie detector tests all the time.
Don’t take my word for it. Do the research. It is purely magical thinking to believe that the very flawed process of lie detecting is an exact science. Add to that the obvious conflict of interest where someone can set the limits and denote the questions to be asked and I don’t think you have a firm foundation upon which to make a judgement.
In the end, it’s just another very obvious political stunt. The fact that Bauer went to such lengths is more of an admission of guilt of his having engaged in dirty tactics than most everything else he’s done. It’s called “desperation.”
Check out the tests and the questions that Bauer and Marchant took. It's laughable stuff if you do your research and discover how those devices work and how the results are interpreted.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 9:32AM
"Such tests are the first refuge of a guilty person. Any good defense lawyer will have their guilty client take it on the chance that they will pass it. If they don't pass, it is not admissible in a court of law so nothing is lost and perhaps something is gained."
Oh really? Are any lawyers reading this who would like to confirm or deny the validity of that statement? My understanding is that lawyers don't want their clients within 100 miles of a lie detector.
Lie Detector| 6.24.10 @ 5:14PM
There has been a lot written about the scientific validity of lie detector tests and it does not support Red's contention. Red is being deceptive. His denials on other matters are also deceptive. Would he care to explain what is bothering him with regard to those charges made?
Nate| 6.24.10 @ 12:35AM
Red's a hardened anti-Semite; what that has to do with Nikki Haley I'm not sure.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 9:28AM
Nate I have never said one anti-Semitic thing you unnuanced child. I am pro-neutrality and anti-intervention. If that in your mind equates with being anti-Semitic then you have a problem with logic. Does being pro-neutrality also make me anti-Palestine? Funny how that charge is never made.

I don't think the two are mutually exclusive--both of the above.
axbucxdu| 6.24.10 @ 11:52PM
Very well, but the criticism and (violent) action that you're proposing is arbitrary. Both are clearly unprovoked on this thread. Please distinguish yourself from the "haters".

I disagree. Obviously, you're not familiar with Red; however, I am, and I know he's an anti-Semite, and as such, I am well within my rights to criticize him.
Red's a smooth operator and I just wanted to know why he was so interested in Nikki Haley's personal life. I've never seen him this concerned with a male Republican's personal love life.
The electrodes were a joke in response to your Pavlov crack, and your thin-skinned humorlessness makes me think you're a troll. Please disabuse me of my notion that you're a troll.

Ha, ha, yet your joke still betrays you. By the way, my Pavlov comment was meant as criticism of my own.
Frankly, I don't care what you think, nor was I asking for an explanation in my previous post. I was offering you some friendly advice: distinguish yourself from the "haters" first, before you yourself become one, and second, so people such as myself can tell the difference.

I don't even know what Nikki Haley is denying, but if she is guilty of something, maybe it just goes with the territory - enough male politicians seem to be "hard at it".

Or maybe it is the same folks that claimed that John McCain's adopted daughter (from Bangladesh) was a love child from a black woman. Lets not pretend that their haven't been some pretty ugly dirty tricks used by South Carolina Republicans. This primary hopefully indicates a brighter future. Charges like this will then only be brought in the Democratic Party and by trolls like Red.
Jocon307| 6.24.10 @ 7:26AM
I'm really shocked to see this post here, esp. now.
Of course, if Haley turns out to have been a liar, that would be extremely bad. It would hurt her, her party and cost the pubbies the SC governerhship. But, other than that I don't see much wider or long term damage. It certainly isn't going to "take down the whole conservative movement". That's nonsense and hyperbole.
However, since the R nom for this seat basically assures victory I'm surprised her opponents wouldn't have put their cards on the table NOW to ensure their guy got the nod to run.
If they are holding back on some proof in order to knock her out during the gen'l election and thus hand victory to the other party, well, that would be pretty strange behaviour.
What Mr. Hillyer's interests in keeping this lurid story alive are I can't imagine.
Let's leave the mud slinging to the Dems, sha'n't we?
martin j smith| 6.24.10 @ 8:04AM
Quinn: what is your problem You think Nikki watever doesn't know that ? Give us a bit of break. It goes without saying for every politician . Would it not be great if every one running for office could go thru a brain scan & be tested for lying ? May we could be left with about 10% of the candidates or less and it would take years to find a full house so to speak. But really what is the beef about this candidate--why shoud SHE be telling the truth why not everyone running?
Sheila| 6.24.10 @ 10:09AM
Lord, you all have problems idolizing politicians. Any comment that is even faintly critical, rather than hagiographic, regarding any female Republican, and you all turn rabid. I really don't know if Nikki Haley is an adulterer, or whether her Christian faith is as important to her as her Sikh heritage. What I do know is that I read encomiums about her for months before I even learned she was a Sikh, and I'm sick to death of Republicans presenting the next "Great Brown Hope" and panting "Do you like us now? Didn't we prove we're not racists now?" Get over yourselves. I place not my trust in politicians and give minimal weight to their words - let me see deeds, and then I'll judge. Quinn is not accusing Haley, he's merely indicating that if she, like so many other politicians, is speaking with a forked tongue, conservatives will rue the day. That's far from declaring someone guilty until proven innocent, so ease off the "racistsexisthater" mainstream conservative PC crap. Tribalism + democracy + stupidity = racist idiocracy.
axbucxdu| 6.26.10 @ 11:04AM
Yeah, adhering to principles, rather than tribe. What a novel thought, and in a TAS thread to boot. Thanks, Sheila.

Who has more to lose if it's proven that an affair (or inappropriate relationship) did take place?
That's the person who would seemingly be the liar.
But it's interesting that they're both so adamant about their side of the story being true.
If Haley is found to be lying, it shouldn't cause a downfall of the conservative movement any more than Clinton's escapade caused a downfall of the Dems.
JASmius | 6.24.10 @ 11:45AM
See, Quinn, here's my two problems:
No, you aren't going all Will Folks on Governor-in-waiting Haley's hindquarters. But I'm baffled as to why you harbor any lingering doubt about her fidelitous bona fides. Surely if her smearers had had any actual evidence, they'd have produced it in a timely fashion, right? What makes you think the Dems would have access or sources the South Carolina GOP machine did not?
Second, I don't doubt that the Obamedia would try to "Bush DUI" the entire GOP right before the November election if they could, but even if Haley turned out to have been easy all along, would that really sweep away two years of Obamunist tyranny, incompetence, and misery in the minds of voters across the country?
Hey, nobody's talking her up for president in 2012 (like Chris Christie); why would a spectacular campaign implosion have such a far-reaching effect?
Tony Rome| 6.24.10 @ 11:57AM
What if she isn't telling the truth, SO WHAT! Moral standards were completely done away with when Slick Willie Clinton came on the scene and he was running for President of the United States for crying out loud. If she wasn't telling the truth she may win over thousands of Democrats, they love sex scandles (Al Gore, Bill Clinton, J.F. K, John Edwards, Spitzer, etc. and their enabling wives). Halley wins in a land slide.

Hysterical hyperbole by Quin. Yes, Nikki Haley's affair will turn off so many voters nationwide, they will rush back to embrace President Misery's agenda, and all vote democrat. Look, there's something going on across this country that is way larger than any one candidate, larger than any side issue. It's great to see such a brave conservative author like Hillyer wring his hands, and reveal how petrified he is of the mainstream media. How about we let the democrats talk about affairs, and we discuss jobs, the health care disaster, the bloated deficit, the mishandled oil spill, and the deliberate wrecking of our foreign policy? You can come out underneath the covers anytime now, Quin. The sky hasn't fallen yet.
Dave| 6.24.10 @ 12:38PM
Red, your logic is so skewed it's not even funny and I also think you're a troll. The liberal media does not care about the truth or "proving anything. All they have to do is create doubt by casting aspersions. Look at the clever little hit-job the New York Times (formerly a newspaper, now a cat box liner) did on John McCain right before the election. Falsely accusing him of having an affair. If you're not a lying troll, then you are really naive! Polygraph test...WTF!!!!

"Red is an ankle humping troll."
Wow! That was such a mature and intelligent response. Content free as usual. You embarrass yourself.
Lie Detector| 6.24.10 @ 11:00PM
Red should cease humping ankles and desist from projecting about embarrassment. His behavior today is reminiscent of Toddard spreading Debbie Schlussel lies about Hannity. Being a troll though he won't be able to quit.
Red Phillips | 6.25.10 @ 8:37AM
The people who cry anti-Semitism at the slightest dissent from the party line on foreign policy towards Israel, like your pal Nobama, are the ones guilty of acting like Debbie Schussel.
Nobama| 6.24.10 @ 9:45PM
What credibility, moron? Dang, you're slow; you never had any.
Lie Detector, you have a way with words--I like your style.
From now on, when I read a post from the "Redster" I'll think of him/her as the "ankle humping troll."
Thanks for the laughs, I needed some humor tonight.
Red Phillips | 6.24.10 @ 10:18PM
You clearly are a very credible name caller. Bet that skill served you well on the playground in 3rd grade, but it is time to move on to something more adult we call intellectual discourse. That is if you are capable of such.
Lie Detector| 6.24.10 @ 11:09PM
"...but it is time to move on to something more adult we call intellectual discourse. "
Nobama,
You probably already know this but just in case:
Intellectual discourse in troll speak means that you purr while they hump your ankle. If he wants to hump ankles he should hang around with his sissy friends.
Nobama| 6.25.10 @ 1:13AM
Ugh! Thanks for the revolting visual.
Point taken; however, it goes against my grain to stand by and allow liars to get away with their lies and distortions.
My parents' example and my faith "took" I guess you could say.
Every day I watch as our beloved county and precious freedoms are flushed down the toilet, and I can't bear it anymore. What happened to right and wrong?
Besides, Red's a big snot and it amuses me to needle him/her.
Lie Detector| 6.25.10 @ 7:58AM
I was just having fun with Red. I like the way you deal with him. Keep it up. I think Red's purpose is to stir up trouble amongst conservatives and he deserves a good dose of contempt. Doug Bandow and Tom Bethell come from the paleo viewpoint to some extent and I like reading them. They might even convince me of something through their polite argumentation. Red and Toddard are up to something else. I like my image of Red by the way, a juvenile poodle getting a well deserved kick.
Nobama| 6.25.10 @ 2:36PM
Thanks, Detector--like I said above, I like your style. Keep smacking the punk trolls around; your posts make me laugh.
Red, you not so much.
Red Phillips | 6.25.10 @ 8:33AM
You are such a child.
Devasahayam| 6.24.10 @ 12:48PM
The only thing about which I believe Nimrat Kaur Haley to be lying is her conversion to Methodism (due to the fact she still attends services at her parents' Gurudwara "out of respect for their culture")--as a convert to a Protestant organisation from fanatical Hinduism, I know that is NOT a sign of respect but a dangerous snare (which as an ABCD, Haley doesn't).
ABCD: American-Born Confused Desi
Dave| 6.24.10 @ 1:02PM
Yeah, doggone those "fanatical" Hindu's! Killing people, including family members, who insult their "peaceful" religion, trying to impose Sharia law everywhere they go. Threatening to annihilate Israel every day....oh wait, those are the Islamists ...my bad
Brian| 6.24.10 @ 1:05PM
If one surveys the pantheon of moral defectives comprising the left and democrat party, how then can the left be critical at all of Nikki Haley?
Seriously.
Really?

I always look forward to your columns and blogs, but I was hoping for an uplifting one today.
Let's not borrow trouble OK?
Janelle| 6.24.10 @ 1:21PM
Michael Folks and Nikki Haley.......not a chance, never. Not even out of mercy.
Oldefarte| 6.24.10 @ 1:26PM
Ken said it best. Why place bulleyes on the backs of conservative/Republicans [ie David Vitter, and now Haley] instead of using our editorial ammunition solely upon the problem source; when same only gives the liberal Democrats a destructive political arrow? Joe Barton told the truth regarding the slush fund extorted by the dictators running our government, and thereafter Republicans ignorantly hammered Barton for same. Now the socialist-Democrats are placing billboards on the internet branding Republicans as oil industry facilitators. Wake up! So what if Haley had affairs-----is that not HER PRIVATE BUSINESS unless she extracted Acorn funding for the CHOSEN ONE in the process?????????
IllinoisRepub| 6.24.10 @ 2:08PM
Honestly, I don't care what these people do in the bedroom, I just don't want them stealing and abusing our tax money.
Kyle| 6.24.10 @ 3:12PM
Hi,
I am a Democrat operative. So, if Nikki Haley turns out to have had an affair, the whole conservative movement will be destroyed? Thank you so much for the tip. I will get right to work making sure that I can pin an affair on Haley.
Wally| 6.24.10 @ 5:39PM
I think you have more than enough on your plate with today's revelations of AlGore the "Pervert poodle" splashed all over Drudge. LMAO!
Oldefarte| 6.25.10 @ 11:21AM
Well, THE CHOSEN ONE has destroyed the political chances of any/all sane, moderate, intelligent DEMOCRATS from getting elected/re-elected, so go back to twiddling your thumbs and waiting for the phone to ring!!!!!!
frank| 6.24.10 @ 7:22PM
I really wouldn't mind having an affair with Nikki.
Nate| 6.24.10 @ 9:47PM
Keep it in your pants, Perv.

I am a methodist from Lexington, SC. I am not a Nikki fan for several reasons. She is and will always be a practicing Sikh, not that its is a bad thing, she is lying about being a Christian. I know the family. She is very religious, but is not a Christian. She is guilty of the infidelity accusations. A few years ago I saw her at the airport with a man who was not her husband. They were more than friends. It bothered me, because I knew there was more than friendship. Until I saw the photos on the news, I then realized that that man was Will Folks. No doubt, she is guilty of infidelity. Infidelity does not make for a bad politician, but she is lying now. When she becomes governor, she will continue to lie, don't you think. Also, this is disturbing, her father Dr Ajit Randhawa just published an article in spirituality. The news letter which feaured his article is the tri state muslim. Look it up. To do this, go to msn search engine bing, type in key words dr ajit randhawa sc, and got to 2cd or 3rd entry, you will see. Why write for the muslim news letter? DISTURBING!!!!! Let us not forget we in SC have several nuclear plants. You better listen, this is important.
Nate| 6.25.10 @ 10:33PM
Scumbag, you're so low you have to look up to see a snake's belly. Creep.
WorkingTommyC | 6.25.10 @ 10:37PM
Eri:
Anyone reading this with a decently high I.Q. will realize that everything you're saying is obviously a lie.
Even within the context of your statement, you are inconsistent in your drawing the conclusion that because she was with someone you think was Folks at an airport then she is guilty of something you cannot know is true.
Your comments regarding her religion fly in the face of the fact that you do not and cannot know what is in her heart. Further, you apparently think we need a religious test for holding political office.
After that, you accuse her of being her father. You're sick in your assumptions and are no better than a nasty old biddy gossiping over the fence. Worse than that, the whole thing is obviously a lie intended in your pathetic and small-minded attempt to tear down an important political figure who is fighting the sinful corruption of our current state government which, thanks to people like you, has become nationally infamous.
Long Ben| 6.24.10 @ 9:33PM
Lie detectors are notoriously unreliable . Because people trained in certain techniques as well as sociopaths can defeat them . When did taking a so called Lie Detector , or expressing willingness to take one come to denote inate truthfullness .
Bet Obama could beat one.
