That was as exciting, heart-stopping a sporting event as I have ever seen. The battled for 90+ minutes and finally pulled it out to not only advance, but win their group (finishing ahead of much ballyhooed England).
If Germany beats Ghana, England gets Germany in the first round, and we get either Ghana, Serbia, or (longshot) Australia, all beatable opponents.
