So it looks like Pres. Obama’s OMB director Peter Orszag is set to fade from the limelight, tragically before we were able to find out once and for all whether he has a toupee. Orszag has reached the point in his tenure at which budget chiefs tend to bow out, and he has a wedding in September to plan for. 

Although I won’t miss Orszag and his estimated fiscal year 2010 $1.5 trillion deficits too often, whenever I do I’ll think of him at his finest — dissembling while being asked some pointed questions by Rep. Paul Ryan:
