My colleague Hans Bader has this post up on the incomprehensible inanity of Obama's stunt of refusing foreign-flagged help, as the Gulf Coast flounders ever deeper in oil that Team Obama could have stopped from reaching their shores but did not for reasons of ideological rigidity.

Hans's post addresses the adherence to union dogma even more slavish than the unions' own. Man, I've heard of being proved right but this is getting ridiculous, as those already know who have read Chapter 7 of Power Grab: How Obama's Green Policies Will Steal Your Freedom and Bankrupt America, titled "Obama's Baptists and Bootleggers: Unions and Greens Selling Out America".
