...especially youngster soccer...is merely a wad of kids running back and forth...kicking each other in the shins.

Ha! Pee wee soccer is a mob following a ball that constantly rolls out of bounds. Once in a while a kid falls down and cries.
Perfect metaphor.

NPR keeping the race card alive. Can't a conservative, white male not like soccer just because it sucks?
