No Islam does not respect all religions, or even any religion. One of the very first acts of Mohammed was to trespass in the shrines of the Idolators to berate them on how their religion was false and to elevate a single one of their dieties, Allah, above the others.

It's true there are many people in America (and Israel, of course) who hate all those different from themselves and have a real lust for war, killing and destruction; but look at the American president! Obviously such hateful people are in a minority, even in America.

And the rest of the West is very different from America! Far fewer people again are motivated by racism and war-lust. There's just a very loud, angry - but tiny - minority, who express themselves on the internet. They have no influence and they mean nothing.

Incidentally, I had a number of Arab (Christian and Islamic) friends when I lived in Australia; they were some of the nicest, kindest people I knew there.

I have several Muslim friends myself and they are the nicest and kindest people you'd like to meet too until you scratch the surface and ask some pointed questions. I've been morally shocked by the opinions of every single Muslim I have ever had any in depth philosophical discussions with.

For example the nicest one I know was asked about immigration, "You've moved here and freely get to express your beliefs as you are doing not with me. Should I be able to immigrate to Pakistan and freely express my opinions? You've indicated I would probably be killed, so would my killers be morally in the right to do so?"

The answer was no I had no right to move to Pakistan, and yes they would be perfectly justified in murdering me.

We had for decadess small Shops on the streets, where one could buy several variants of sausages, but now 9 out of 10 switched to islamic food. Second, I believe PayPal was goaded into this by complaints from the very thugs Atlas Shrugs warns us about.

I do believe we should do the same thing for Code Pink and other "hate" sites that use PayPal.

Third, I do believe I'll be letting PayPal know it needs to find a new customer to replace me.

As a semi-frequent user of PayPal: This offends and disturbs me. I refuse to boycott PayPal, as they're the best in the business - but to label a freedom fighter against Radical Islam - which regardless of what Obama, Brennan or Plugs announce; we're at war with.

"financial explotation of crime" - If that's now a crime in America (by that I mean reporting) than Nancy Grace should be in jail tomorrow morning. These charges of bogus, and purely idiotic.

There is no need to once again convict Islam of many and varied crimes. The fact of the matter is that Sharia is radically incompatible with the Constitution of the United States. It is narrated by Ibn ‘Umar that a woman was found killed in one of these battles; so the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children” (The Sunnah, Sahih Muslim, Book 019, Number 4320).

Abu Bakr, the first Caliph who ruled the Islamic empire after the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) death, addressed his army before sending it to Syria: “Stop, O people, that I may give you ten rules for your guidance in the battlefield. Do not commit treachery or deviate from the right path. You must not mutilate dead bodies. Do not kill a child, or a woman, or an aged man. Bring no harm to the trees, or burn them with fire, especially those that are fruitful. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly. Slay not any of the enemy’s flock, except enough for your food. You are likely to pass by people who have devoted their lives to monastic services (monks/nuns/rabbis): leave them alone” (The Sunnah, Malik’s Muwatta, Book 21, #21.3.10).

The quotes from the bible are merely historical statements of atrocities in the name of god done in the past by Jews. They don't tell Christians to kill non-Christians.

On the other hand it is not at all clear what the limits if any are to "do not exceed the limits" when you prophet gets to assassinate pregnant women with a knife to the belly, tortures his victims buy setting fires on their chests, chops the heads off all males of one tribe, etc. What is the nature of this mercy when he does stuff like that? The problem with your Qur'an is that when it tells Muslims to kill is is quite explicit and clear about what to do, who to kill (just about any non-Muslim) and there is no proportion in the response to the supposed trespasses. However the supposed limits are vague and unstated.

The Qur'an is useless as a guide to morality because it contradicts itself. A guide that says to murder others in the most vicious way and to spread terror in the land which also claims how merciful it is has no moral authority and can only result in exactly what it has caused, endless suffering.

Narrated by ‘Amr bin Maimun: “Omar (the third Caliph), after he was stabbed, instructed (his would-be-successor) saying, ‘I urge him (i.e. the new Caliph) to take care of those non-Muslims who are under the protection of Allah and His Apostle in that he should observe the convention agreed upon with them, and fight on their behalf (to secure their safety) and he should not over-tax them beyond their capability” (The Sunnah, Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.4, Book 52, #287).

I'm an atheist who rejected the faith of my ancestors, Christianity. I did so for ethical reasons but one of them was not because Christians believe that commandments by God to some ancient Israeli King to slaughter some long dead tribe had any bearing on how anyone else should act. Unfortunately the Qur'an is not written in the same fashion. Those violent aspects are not written as historical renderings of past events. Instead they are written as infallible rules for murdering the non-Muslim, an existing group, for all time.

The errors and problems in Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are quite different in nature and the differing results of those errors are quite apparent.

An extremist Christian is more likely to be like the Amish and Menonites, peaceful since Jesus was a pacifist figure, while an extremist in the Islamic faith to be an intolerant murderer because that is what Mohammad was. Sure Mohammed quoted the peaceful notions of other religions to get himself out of sticky situations but then the turned around later and attacked, murdered, tortured, or had assassinated those that he had deceived with his false pacifism.

are to be Violently Punished in This World

The only thing saving Muslim Mullahs from prison under Canadian hate laws is section 319(3) of the criminal code, a clause that specifically exempts religion as a hate crime. However this exemption does nothing to mitigate the obvious conclusion that if not for 319(3) the Koran would constitute hate speech.

Sooner than later I believe, hope and pray that U.S. Citizens with common sense will get fed-up-to-here with this nitpickin' bureaucratic foolishness and put a stop to it all. The 1099-K will probably end up killing paypal. Starting in 2011, the IRS will require paypal to issue a 1099-K to every paypal account holder who receives money --- so taxes must be paid on the gain or income, if any.. The compliance costs will, I think, for many smaller, hobbyist merchants and bloggers, create the need for a different type of exchange mechanism.

As a former HOA officer in Georgia, that action would not have been legal in our state (although there have been some neighbors who really deserved it!). We could only file liens on the property which would have had to be resolved when the house was sold - or if it didn't sell and they continued to not pay - you took them to court.

Capt. Clauser's story, if true, is a very sad one, and I hope it gets resolved in a positive way.

I have a problem with Islam because I believe in a separation of church and state.

There should be freedom of speech, but when the speech limits freedom, for example, threatening someone, it does not belong in a free country.

In the same way, if a religion threatens freedom, such as Islam which has its own system of law and violates the separation of church & state, it does not belong in a free country.

When a Muslim wants to immigrate to a free country, they should be asked if they believe in Islamic Law. Any Muslim who wants Islamic Law should not be allowed into a free country.

The problem is, a devout Muslim must believe in Islamic Law. Those who would enter would either be lying, or not true Muslims.

As for the Islamic world, they can have their Islamic Law all they want. In 100 years, history will remember how they treated non-Muslims and women, and it will look just as barbaric as anything Christianity did hundreds of years ago. It will be a stain worse than Christianity's because not only did Christianity mature as Islam stayed primitive, but the world will quote Mohamed vs Jesus and see that Islam was a religion that threatened freedom and progress. I have a suggestion: Do not use Paypal--certainly not if you oppose their position on limiting free speech. If as some say they, as a private company have a right to pick and choose their customers, the it is logical that customers have an equal right to stop doing business with Pay
pal. In actual fact this is a reverse boycott so I suggest giving them a real one. I would also say to spread the word around the NET about their policies and conduct. And, in advertisements as well. Make sure everything yom say is factual but people do have power. I would also say that if someone has the rescources to sue Paypal do so.

Yes, you are very much right, you cannot open a PayPal account for Charity, if your charity is registered in India, same thing happened with me also, I applied a Charity account for my client and after completing all the formalities they just denied for the account.
I have a suggestion for you, apply for a normal account with some other website and then use it for your Charity website, I have list of websites who are doing the same thing.
You can also try some other Payment Gateways like CCavenue, but in case you are using Vbulletin script, I don’t think so that it may help you. The first suggestion may work for you.
