The Spectacle Blog

Reprising his role from 1995, Bill Clinton is exploiting the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing to attack critics of big government for inciting violence, and in the process, he directly singled out comments from Michele Bachmann.

According to a New York Times interview:

“There can be real consequences when what you say animates people who do things you would never do,” Mr. Clinton said in an interview, saying that Timothy McVeigh, who carried out the Oklahoma City bombing, and those who assisted him, “were profoundly alienated, disconnected people who bought into this militant antigovernment line.”

The former president said the potential for stirring a violent response might be even greater now with the reach of the Internet and other common ways of communication that did not exist on April 19, 1995, when the building was struck.

“Because of the Internet, there is this vast echo chamber and our advocacy reaches into corners that never would have been possible before,” said Mr. Clinton, who said political messages are now able to reach those who are both “serious and seriously disturbed.” He will be delivering the keynote address Friday at an event about the Oklahoma City attack being sponsored by the Center for American Progress Action Fund and the Democratic Leadership Council.

Mr. Clinton pointed to remarks like those made Thursday by Representative Michele Bachmann, the Minnesota Republican, who when speaking at a Tea Party rally in Washington characterized the Obama administration and Democratic Congress as “the gangster government.”

“They are not gangsters,” Mr. Clinton said. “They were elected. They are not doing anything they were not elected to do.”

In 1995, you may recall, months after Republicans took over Congress, Clinton exploited the Oklahoma City tragedy to lash out at his political opponents and supporters of limited government, specifically, conservative talk radio.

At the time, he said that, “I’m sure you are now seeing the reports of some things that are regularly said over the airwaves in America today. Well, people like that who want to share our freedoms must know that their bitter words can have consequences, and that freedom has endured in this country for more than two centuries because it was coupled with an enormous sense of responsibility.”

He went on to blast “purveyors of hatred and division” and “promoters of paranoia.”

Clinton’s comments to the New York Times are part of a broader effort by the left to use the Oklahoma City bombing anniversary to accuse critics of the Obama administration of inciting violence. MSNBC plans a two-hour documentary hosted by Rachel Maddow based on interviews with Timothy McVeigh. “Fifteen years later,” the show promo asks, “can McVeigh’s words help us understand today’s anti-government extremists?”

Ambrose Evans Pricards The Secret Life of Bill Clinton points to the Oklahoma City bombing as an FBI sting gone horribly wrong. Scott Horton from anti-war radio has been beating this drum recently. The evidence is in favor of AEP and Horton on this. Clinton should not be exploiting a horrible event that the FBI caused while under his watch.

DAISY DAISY

It is critical to understand that conservatives are the only ones who use fear as a tactic to influence public opinion. Just look at the horrible way they used the media to scare people half to death in this 1964 t.v. presidential campaign commercial!

The advertisement begins with a little girl standing in a meadow with chirping birds, picking the petals of what appears to be a daisy
while counting each petal slowly. (Because she does not know her numbers perfectly, she repeats some and says others in the wrong order, all of which adds to her childlike appeal.) When she reaches "nine", an ominous-sounding male voice is then heard counting down
a missile launch, and as the girl's eyes turn toward something she sees in the sky, the camera zooms in until her pupil fills the screen, blacking it out. When the countdown reaches zero, the blackness is replaced by the flash and mushroom cloud from a nuclear explosion
As the firestorm rages, a voiceover from Johnson states, "These are the stakes! To make a world in which all of God's children can live, or to go into the dark. We must either love each other, or we must die." (Not including 58,000 American kids and hundreds of thousands of Asians.) Another voiceover (sportscaster Chris Schenkel
then says, "Vote for President Johnson on November 3. The stakes are too high for you to stay home."

This reminds me of hearing, a few years back, how senators and congressmen are all great and moral people until the evil influence of lobbyists and their money force them under their evil spell, so we needed legislation to protect them from their (politicians) inherent weaknesses and greed.
Now we have these normally wonderful people who would live normal and non-violent lives, if only they were not influenced by the hate the government folks. (Tea Party) or (anyone who opposes my agenda folks)
We are to believe that all it takes is for a few words to cause them to cross the line of morality going from good, kind, and peace loving folks, to up on the roof with magnums.
What's the solution? Gee whiz, I don't know, maybe guys like Bill Clinton could sit on blue ribbon panels and decide what speech crosses the line and morphs from criticism to inciting murder. Then that form of speech could be quelled and save all of us from evil influences.

Evidently Slick isn't aware of the true nature of the Chicago thuggocrat culture that this bunch of ideological gang bangers came from....either that or he is just being true to form and lying his low bred, serial raping ass off...again

Susan Grant| 4.16.10 @ 11:08AM

Excuse me, Mr. Clinton, but aren't you the president who had sex in the White House, was impeached for your actions, and now you want to preach to the voters across America that the Conservatives are nothing short of rabble rousers??????Who died and left you in charge of OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH?? Barack Hussein Obama is dismanteling this country each and every day and we don't need an ex, impeached president preaching to the voters about what they should or should NOT support. You have NO CREDIBILITY with the public, Bill as that is as it should be because of your actions while you were in OUR White House. We evicted you with our votes and we WILL EVICT Bams in the same manner. Gangster government???? You bet your aweet a-- it IS A GANGSTER GOVERNMENT. Obama is the evidence of what happens when uninformed, uneducated people are allowed to vote in America.

bryan| 4.16.10 @ 2:24PM

Wow, Susan. That is the most racist thing I've ever heard. Uninformed, uneducated people shouldn't be allowed to vote? You know the Supreme Court has ruled education requirements unconstitutional right?

Further, no one evicted Bill Clinton with votes. He served 2 terms. And for the record, it is not illegal to have sex in the White House.

Jamie| 4.16.10 @ 5:55PM

It was certainly IMMORAL that President Clinton engaged in illicit sexual activity with a 24 year old intern in the White House, right Bryan?

It's too bad Clinton was thinking with his little head during the 90s instead of taking custody of Bin Laden when Sudan repeatedly begged Clinton to do so. DERELICTION OF DUTY!

You trailer trash democrats are still covering up for and protecting the old horn dog. You sicken me.

Progress| 4.17.10 @ 12:55PM

Clinton may of screwed a few women, But Bush screwed the whole nation..The Conservatives are the ones that run on family values, but look h0w many that have been caught with their pants around their ankles all across the world, how many go to strip joints, how many fondle little boys in the bathrooms...yea Hypocrisy runs rampant on the right..

Jamie| 4.17.10 @ 1:46PM

Maybe if Clinton had kept his pecker in his pocket 3000 Americans wouldn't have been killed on September 11, 2001.

Nice that you admit you're the party of dirtbags and slimeballs. Democrats are perverts.

Margie| 4.17.10 @ 6:36PM

The big difference between your party and ours is that we get rid of the perverts, and they are actually disgraced among us. Yours celebrates perversion, has no shame, and keeps them in office. I'll take the Republican party any day!

Robawho| 4.17.10 @ 11:49AM

@Bryan - Clinton was and is an ammoral
scumbag. He poluted an entire generation of youth, adding "Lewinsky" to our lexicon, which is on par with "Teabagging", another profound liberal contribution to cultural decency. He and his gangster sychophants coursened our global culture with his perverted acts and multi-year denials, deflections, blame shifting and rationalizations. Clinton is a joke, Gore was bitchslapped out of office by the voters in 2000, serving as a proxy for Clinton. Without morals, honor and common decency, we do not have a republic. Tyrants, gangstas, elitists and thugocrats despise accountability and view themselves superior to the public. Their "ends justify the means" ethos requires the destruction of individual responsibility. Clinton, Obama and Carter are all failures, just as Detroit, Chicago and Washington, DC, perfectly reflect the manifistation of their glorious policies.

JimH| 4.16.10 @ 2:53PM

Gangster or Gangsta?

WMP| 4.16.10 @ 11:11AM

One small correction.
Bill Clinton didn't just take advantage of the OKC bombing to make a claim right wing extremist were attempting to overthrow HIS govt.
The Clinton's , dems, and MSM orchestrated news stories "PRIOR" to the OKC bombing of right wing extremist wanting to overthrow the govt.

Big difference in taking advantage in something AFTER it has occured, and setting it up to take advantave in something BEFORE it occures.

elaine| 4.16.10 @ 5:19PM

Did anybody tell him about the two GOP people in Louisiana that was attacked by the left? The woman was stomped so bad they broke her leg in 5 places & her boyfriend they broke his nose & jaw. They were leaving a fund raiser on April 9th for Bobby Jindal. Today is the first time I heard anybody report on this. Tea Party People are not violent. But the left likes using the SEIU & other unions & other people to rough up Conservatives.

Wally| 4.16.10 @ 6:19PM

Her name is Allee Bautsch and she's a fund-raiser for Governor Jindal; she and her boyfriend were leaving the event (which had been loudly protested by screaming and shouting local leftist operatives), when three to five white, pony-tailed (screams "leftist") thugs accosted her and her boyfriend and stomped her leg so badly they broke her bones in four places including a compound fracture. Her boyfriend sustained a broken jaw and nose.

She required extensive surgery and her leg and ankle are now being held together by plates and screws. This is your Democrat "Community Organizers" at work, folks! So much for Obama the uniter.

But, remember: "Conservatives are violent!"
Take heed; should be a long, hot summer before the election.

Steve| 4.16.10 @ 11:18AM

Wasn't it B ill Clinton himself that coined the phrase "Chicago thug politics" to describe Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential primaries?

Is this like his memory of black church arsons in Arkansas? If anything McVeigh was more influenced by the Waco than by Limbaugh. And as I and others have noticed: Apparently the former President doesn't agree with his wife on the patriotism of dissent.

the bat| 4.16.10 @ 11:32AM

Yeah, this is from the same president who presided over certain government "overreactions" like what occurred at Waco, TX and Ruby Ridge, ID.

For years Democrats have been likening conservatives and Republicans to Nazis. Harry Reid, himself, once famously equated George W. Bush with Adolf Hitler. He did this while speaking to a bunch of school children.

In the recent debate over health care we had Democrats alleging that Republicans just want to see poor people die for lack of health care in this country. Meanwhile they were busy lying to the American people while buying off the opposition in their own party with back room deals to create a system, which if allowed to stand, will most certainly result in severe health care rationing.

Who will decide who gets what on what basis? Why the government. Of course. Sarah Palin speculated this would lead to government bureaucracy deciding who would get treatment and who wouldn't and was loudly and resoundingly ridiculed.

While Obama, in comparison, may be making Bill Clinton look way better than he was — until we stop and think about it, that is — the Clinton administration is hardly a thing we'd want to repeat. Although, in all fairness, this or something like it would probably happened anyway, Bill Clinton still probably shares the biggest part of the blame for setting the stage in the lead up for the 9/11 attacks. For eight years he ignored and obfuscated on a growing threat of violent Islamic "jihadism" that should have surprised no one.

But, of course, the Clinton administration was marked by an historic level of lies and cover up, practically from day one. His inability to keep his (male member that rhymes with "pick") in his pants and astounding lack of judgment overall was the hallmark of an administration that likely would have gone down in defeat in 1996 had he not adopted more of a centrist posture following the Republican takeover of Congress in 1994. Of course the Republican choice of Bob Dole as a candidate was not exactly inspired either.

Democrats, of course, have discovered that you can pretty much get away with anything as long as the scoundrel in the White House has enough sex appeal. It doesn't matter if he's a liar and a hidebound ideologue, as long as he looks good doing it.

Michelle Bachman, though, seems to be one of a handful in Congress who seems to be more devoted to serving the American people who elected her and defending and upholding the Constitution than playing the Washington game. In my opinion, Bill Clinton ain't good enough to polish Michelle Bachman's boots.

Perhaps Slick Willy is attempting to reclaim his "Top Serial Liar" title back from Obama. If so, he's got to do better than this.

James Carter| 4.16.10 @ 11:42AM

Rather than exploit the anniversary of the destruction of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City to attack critics of big government, Slick Willie would do well to explain what happened to the tapes from all the security cameras that were on/pointed at that building and the (his) FBI's cancellation of its' persuit of "John Doe #3"...who, according to Jana Davis' NYT Best Selling book "The Third Terrorist" Oklahoma City, was a member of Saddam Hussein's Republican National Guard.

BJ Clinton is just part of the developing left-wing push back on the conservative uprising over our out-of-control government, enacting policy after policy against the will of The People. The Tea Partiers will be ever more aggressively villified by the Democrats, the MSM, Hollywood types and others but I think that if real Americans remain engaged, there is nothing that can stop us. If we wait another few years, we may lose our chance to take this country back. We will not be intimidated. Stay informed. Stay involved. Get in their faces. We can do this.

Michael Adams| 4.16.10 @ 12:27PM

Participation always trumps spectation. [Not a word, but it should be] We need to have youth involvement in the TEA parties. Get the kids off the couches and out from the television, and out to the parks, in the fresh air, freshened more all the time, with the talk of Liberty. You think the TEA parties a lively now? Hoo boy, just you wait. Note to Breitbart: Get on it, will you?

FawnridgeFarm| 4.16.10 @ 2:18PM

Mr. Adams:

Sir, I recently attended a Tea Party gathering in Michigan. Given the cold, rainy weather, the socialist nature of many Michiganders, and the fact that the Tea Party Express buses were 90 minutes late, the low turn-out was unsurprising. What was not disappointing, however, were the number of young faces in the crowd. While the largest group in attendence were decidedly silver-haired like myself, I was greatly heartened by those younger folks who came. Some were long-haired; some were clad in "biker" regalia; and a few were downright "scruffy", but each one I spoke with was respectful, informed as to current political realities, and knowlegeable about the Constitution. Several even carried a copy. My interaction with these staunch, young patriots gave me hope for the future of this nation, and I pass this on with the intent that they bring you hope as well. If only there had been more........

At least Billy Blythe is honest. At least he would never lie to the American people. He would never lie before a grand jury, either. He has too much respect for us and our sacred institutions.
He should worry about the vast right-wing conspiracy, however. We all recognize it is real and it is frightening and certainly not a hoax cooked up by left-wing radicals who fight dirty. Also, we can be confident that Billy Blythe and his co-criminals would not ever consider for one moment a diversionary tactic to deflect scrutiny from that white trailer trash's allegations, who goosed the sitting president of the United States for a mere $750,000.

The OK City bombing saved his career, pushing a frightened public back into the arms of a safer political persuasion.

Make no mistake, Billy "I did not have sex with that woman" Blythe should be and will end up in jail for a long, long time.

John3| 4.16.10 @ 1:43PM

The women in this administration with Mrs. Clinton as a prototype (Oh, I forgot about Madame Pelosi--who has mysteriously disappeared from popular media), all appear very tribal and masculinized. On the other hand, the men have no balls to stand up to the truth. It must be all the contraceptives in the water!
True feminism is dead in this administration. People should see the true feminists of our time and Mrs. Bachmann is certainly one of them!!! With her are all the regular housewives who quietly work in the Tea Party Movement. These are the real heroines of this country!!

Monica L| 4.16.10 @ 1:43PM

Bill will never change. He's such an accomplished liar. Now days they call it progressive....

Ned| 4.16.10 @ 1:45PM

People who believe in the right to own firearms are very familiar with Mr. Clinton's tactics. I remember the nineties quite well. Every time there was a school shooting or some other intentionally over publicized crime committed with guns used as the instrument of death, we, legal gun owners, were held responsible simply because we exercised one of our freedoms.
Now folks who exercise their 1st amendment rights are being set up to be blamed if in the future any crimes are committed against the government.
This tactic backfired on them then and hopefully will again. The thing that worries me is these adversaries learn from their past mistakes and this time they will be prepared for the response, possibly by finding a way to avoid elections.

FawnridgeFarm| 4.16.10 @ 1:54PM

"There can be real consequences when what you say animates people......".

This statement by Mr. Clinton is, of course, true. What is untrue (by omission) is his failure to note that Timothy McVeigh's stated reason for conducting the Oklahoma City bombing was the Clinton Administration's unprecedented, militaristic seige of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco two years prior thereto. While I in no way advocate the despicable brutality by which Mr. McVeigh gave voice to his dissatisfaction with government, federal intrusion into law enforcement matters more properly dealt with at the state government level is an unconstitutional abuse of federal power that can only invite such misguided acts of political retribution.

Let us take comfort, however, in Mr. Clinton's recent bashing of Representative Bachman! The Left's use of a former sitting president to attempt the delegitimization of a mere one-term representative like Ms. Bachman is clearly an act of political desperation. It shows that honorable patriots like the noble firebrand Ms. Bachman are having the proper effect: the Left now trembles in fear. Realizing full well that their electoral
"bloodbath" this forthcoming November is all but inevitable, they already take refuge in the last resort of the vanquished - the mere hurling of insults at those who brought them their defeat.

I was a rescuer at the Oklahoma City Bombing and I saw first hand what happens when the U.S. government oppresses a once free people.

The Murrah bombing was a direct result of Clinton's Chicago thug tactics at the Davidian Compound. And the man ultimately responsible for the death and destruction of that horrific event was Bill Clinton himself. There remains a number of unanswered questions about Clinton's involvement in the Murrah bombing known to those of us who were there, but at this point, we are more concerned with the future of our country than its past except as a horrible mistake from which we can learn to avoid such events in the future.

Oklahomans have traditionally hated very few individuals. However, until Obama came along Bill and Hillary ranked right up there with McVeigh in the most disgusting category.

Bill Clinton is himself inciting violence with his ridiculous statements. He was was never anything but a mafia patsy, chosen only for his innate stupidity and drug induced inability to keep his pants on.

He was born in Hope, but was raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs was founded by the Mafia in the early twentieth century as “Mafia West.” It has been a rest stop and hideout for the Mafia ever since. Hillary came by her Mafia thug roots honestly in her home town of Chicago. When she couldn't pass the D.C. bar exam, she pursued Bill as a front for her own political ambitions and because he was in possibly the only state in the Union where she could pass the bar exam. Their stupidity qualified Hillary and Bill to be the perfect Mafia patsy couple until Barack and Michelle came along and added chocolate to the mix of pure vanilla.

Oklahoma holds the distinction of defeating Obama in every county. But after he was elected, we were proud to live in America where a (half) black man could be elected to the country's highest office. However, now that we've seen what he's capable of we are terrified of where our country is heading under his leadership. Every time we think he can stoop no lower, he does and we are plunged deeper into the mire of corruption.

Tea partiers are peace seeking smart, well-educated, and wealthy. Unlike the unwashed illiterates on the left, Tea Partiers have established our own personal power through achievement. We don’t need to take anyone else’s freedom or establish an oppressive government to prove our adequacy.

Non-violence is the focus of every Tea Party and the foundation of our burgeoning power. Obviously no such admonishment is issued to leftists who are willing to do absolutely anything including violence to establish their miniscule structures of forced power.

The tea parties may be the only hope for our country.

May 5th 1993, I was contacted by one of the Waco investigators.
The reason I was contacted?
You might recall during BC's impeachment, Hillary had a threat to release some FBI files, she called it "The Scorched Earth Policy". One of the files she threatened to release was my file.
Not only did Janet Reno fire the US Attorneys to cover up what was in those files, the Clinton's(Hillary) orchestrated Waco as part of the cover up.
I have zero doubts the Clinton's knew about the OKC bombing well in advance.

SoCon| 4.17.10 @ 12:18AM

Great posts, jai and WMP; I can't think of two people more disgusting than the Clintons.

Truly, I don't think there is anything they wouldn't do to get what they want. They're both sociopaths.

God bless you for your patriotism.

Pat Bluegrass| 4.16.10 @ 9:28PM

Bill Clinton should be ashamed of himself at this attempt of character assassination. But, of course, he's not embarassed at anything he does or has done. And, man, he has done some despicable things!

The Dems are just mad because the Tea Party movement will endanger their hold on power. If a movement assists the Dems, then the members of that movement are great, patriotic Americans!

We conservatives need an equivalent to the left-wing use of "McCarthyism" so why don't we start using "Clintonism" as a substitute for character assassination of people on the Right.

Remember to vote in November. Keep Hope Alive!

Mara| 4.17.10 @ 12:57AM

Leftists consider displeasure with big government a very personal affront, which is why they find the tea party people so appalling. Remember, it was William Jefferson Clinton who famously said – “You can’t say you love your country and hate your government.”

Wally| 4.18.10 @ 12:34AM

I didn't hear that bastard complain when those filthy Leftists were screaming for George Bush to die.

"You can't hate 'fascist liberal' government" is what President NUMBNUTS was saying.

JmsA| 4.17.10 @ 1:30AM

The leftist cabal in D.C. is certainly scare, enough so to bring BillyBubba out to pontificate about what's not. Now, that's a twist about what the "...the meaning of is, is."

gciyft | 4.17.10 @ 2:45AM

It would help if you were at least marginally informed on the topic and not, in fact, full of shit.

Truly| 4.17.10 @ 2:58AM

Yeah, you're right; Clinton is full of sh!t!!

Thanks for the shout-out, spambot.

Richard Baker| 4.17.10 @ 7:28AM

I guess Slick Willy disapproves of the words of Thomas Jefferson regarding tyrannical regimes, eh? Mr. Jefferson was a right-wing rabble rouser, correct? Clinton was a Law professor, as was the Kenyan, but they both have no idea about the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence or the reasons for the founding of the United States. They both believe, I suppose, in the Fuhrer Prinzip. What fools.

martin j smith| 4.17.10 @ 8:42AM

What is it about Billy Boy that makes him such as expert on psychology--It looks lie he still needs a lot of help himself. Got Milk ?

Yosemeti Sam| 4.17.10 @ 3:41PM

So, Billy Boy Bob frowns at the word gangster
ascribed to the BHO regime cum Democrat
Party controlled Congress?

How about a word ascribed to - persons who
operate a dishonest business?

To wit - RACKETEER!

By definition from the Oxford Concise 9th edition
Dict:

" a person who operates a dishonest business"

My example - unscrupulous BHO championed
Congressionally-bribed health deform
legislative 'business'.

Synonyms BTW for RACKETEER per Dict: criminal, hoodlum, profiteer - gangster!

Trademarks of the Democrat Party.

Margie| 4.17.10 @ 6:30PM

I mightily enjoyed your opine. Thank you.
Opine:
LOL
And speaking of Trademarks of the Democrat Party, how more appropriate is it that Obama hails from Chicago Land, home of the notorious Law firm of Daley, Daley & Capone!

Yosemeti Sam| 4.17.10 @ 3:45PM

Moreover - Billy Boy Bob - pray opine the secret
hiding place of the Mao Zedong White House Christmas tree ornament.

Oh wise one.

oliver| 4.17.10 @ 6:05PM

Bill Clinton is doing what the left does best, trying to revise history. Let's not forget that Timothy McVeigh's heinous actions were a direct response to what Bill Clinton and Janet Reno did in Waco, Texas. I know the left thinks Americans are stupid, but some of us do remember details the left loves to omit. We should also keep in mind that Bill Clinton and James Carville have been specifically charged by the Democrat party with the duty of discrediting the teaparty and its supporters before Obama has to go public and face them in his bid for reelection. This is simply part of that plan.

Cow Rie| 4.17.10 @ 8:38PM

I believe it was Bill Clinto who first pulled the trigger in Waco. Perhaps he should be careful of his ACTIONS .....

Tim*| 4.17.10 @ 9:11PM

There he goes again !

Bubba plays the Danger Violence Card , once again!
Aaaaand , If the Democrats ain't Gangsters then who's stealing our Freakin' Tax Money and forcing A Socialist Health Scam against the will of the majority of Americans?

maybe if bill clinton hadn't feloniusly lied under oath, committing the crime of perjury, he wouldn't have been impeached, hmmm?

maybe if the media hadn't been incessantly fascinated by the concept of blow jobs, more attention could have been pointed at the illegal campaign contributions that algore and slickwilly solicited from criminal organisations and foreign govts, hmmm?

maybe then he could have been executed for treason, as he deserved. lucky his lackies in the press, and janet reno were there to hide indictments, feed subpoenas to the dog, and gloss over his pecadillos, right?

Tea Party vs Oklahoma City « The Republican Heretic links to this page. Here’s an excerpt:

…Media bias? What media bias? It is worth noting that this kind of rhetoric is also nothing new for Clinton, who initially blames conservative talk radio for the Oklahoma City Bombing, as Phillip Klein at the American Spectator reminds us: In 1995, you may recall, months after Republicans took over Congress, Clinton exploited the Oklahoma City tragedy to lash out at his political opponents and supporters of…

Terror In The Heartland

It's come to the heartland
The terror and the dread
In one explosive moment
Our innocence has fled
Oh yes, it has come home!

There is no understanding
There's only disbelief
Was it our own countrymen
Who brought down all this grief?
Oh yes, it has come home!

Our voices cry for justice
Our hearts cry out in pain
For family, friends, and loved ones
Never to be, seen or held again
Oh yes, it has come home!

Then, there are the children
Without their lives to live
Now the world will surely miss
The gifts they had to give
Oh yes, it has come home!

The images of heroes
Burned deep into our mind
People helping people
Shows we are a special kind
Oh yes, it has come home!

In the twisted steel and concrete
Through the day and dark of night
We watch the tireless effort
Of the rescuers fight.
oh yes, it can come home!

How can a human being
Harbor such demented hate
To bring upon their own kind
Such a cruel fate
Oh yes, it has come home

Though most of us view from afar
It could have been mine or yours
But we must grieve and then go on
Not hide behind locked doors
Even though, it has come home!

There are no easy answers
When our hearts are torn
But from healing words of promise
Each new hope is born.
Oh yes, it can come home!
Oh yes, it will come home!
It has come home!

One Hundred And Sixty-Eight Seconds
(OKC Bombing)

One second for each victim -
On this anniversary -
But a lifetime of sorrow -
For surviving friends and family.

A small tribute to them -
'Midst the sadness and the tears -
Remembering happy times -
Of all those by-gone years.

We have all learned a lesson -
From the people of that city -
To go on and persevere -
But, isn't it a pity?

That we must learn such lessons -
With such a price to pay -
With sadness in heart and mind -
On this observance day.

Just want to send condolences -
To all of those concerned -
And hope those responsible -
Will in Hell, be burned.

Um - about that Waco Siege.

February 28, 1993 - its' Calendar related anniversary date.

Clinton Administration - in charge BTW!

Hmmmmm - happened two years BEFORE that oft mentioned OK carnage.

Selective outrage!

Wally| 4.20.10 @ 2:37AM

Too bad those responsible for the hideous deaths of 20 babies and 56 adults, including pregnant women, who died in Waco aren't in hell, be burned!

I'm talking to you, Billy Boy Clinton! Pervert.

Clarence Malcolm | 4.20.10 @ 11:21AM

Former highly decorated FBI Division Chief, Ted Gunderson, a crime scene analysis expert, conducted an intensive investigation of the OKC bombing at ground zero. He concluded it to have been an "inside job" by U.S. Army Intelligence and other covert spook operatives who utilized a type of bomb which President Clinton later claimed was "a marvel of technology." Proof of U.S. Army involvement is irrefutably shown at Gunderson's official website: http://www.tedgunderson.net/OKC-BOMBING

Moreover, Ted Gunderson discovered that Timothy McVeigh was a "patsy" in exactly the same way Oswald was in the JFK assassination. Ted Gunderson submitted his professional investigative report to members of Congress and it was unjustly ignored. The real villains who brought American the OKC terrorism---later planned and executed the mass-murder-spree on 911. Terrorism in America will not stop until the shadow government conspirators are brought to justice. The OKC murder conspiracy and cover-up continues while the real culprits remain at large to perpetrate further "false flag" terrorism on America.
