At least according to the latest public poll taken by Survey USA. Rand Paul leads Secretary of State Trey Grayson 45 percent to 30 percent in the Republican side of the race to replace retiring Sen. Jim Bunning (R-KY). Last week, Grayson’s campaign leaked internal poll results suggesting they were overtaking Paul. My article on this race for Reason magazine is now online.

Paul is the Buchanan of today-- Buchanan is now too old.
Alan Simpson made a good point about what it signifies: it's entertainment. Rush is the purest form of entertainment. "if he can give you ulcers and BO, then you know he's a great entertainer."

Paul is another.
