So much for the PR bump the Dems were supposed to have gotten
after pushing Uncle Sam's health care takeover through
Congress.
Says Rasmussen Reports:
Just before the House of Representatives passed sweeping health
care legislation last Sunday,
41% of voters nationwide favored the legislation while 54%
were opposed. Now that President Obama has signed the
legislation into law, most voters want to see it repealed.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey,
conducted on the first two nights after the president signed
the bill, shows that 55% favor repealing the legislation.
Forty-two percent (42%) oppose repeal. Those figures include
46% who Strongly Favor repeal and 35% who Strongly Oppose it.
In terms of Election 2010, 52% say they'd vote for a candidate
who favors repeal over one who does not. Forty-one percent
(41%) would cast their vote for someone who opposes repeal.
The November elections still are a long way away. But this
sort of public anger isn't likely to dissipate soon.
Please don't repeal it. I live living in the Age of Dependency.
For one thing, I just cannot get over the Excise Tax on Indoor
Tanning. It makes the Healthcare Legislation feel, well, right
with the universe.
Forget missile defense of our allies in Eastern Europe. Forget
sanctions against a Persian Empire about to go nuclear. Forget
Israel, we have done enough. Forget that our Constitution has
been re-defined per “Pirates of the Caribbean,” and is now more a
guideline than a rule. And, Al-who?
The Age of Dependency (To the tune of that great song from the
5th Dimension)
When Rahm is in the Lincoln Bedroom
And Harry Reid aligns with Mars
Then Barak will guide the masses
And Dodd will steal the stars
This is the dawning of the age of dependency,
The age of dependency,
Dependency, dependency.
Taxation and confiscation
Stimulus and hope abounding
No more freedom and dissention
Golden free healthcare delusions
Mystic Nobel ordination
And your income redistribution
Dependency, dependency
When Rahm is in the Lincoln Bedroom,
And Pelosi aligns with Mars,
Then Barak will guide the masses
And Rangel will steal the stars.
This is the dawning of the age of dependency,
The age of dependency,
Dependency, dependency.

Anger at issues, equals energy for reasons to vote equals great
chance of winning. The Health care Bill, its contents, and its
effects need to be the topic of conservation in the context of
our economy daily
But waite, there is more: Jobs, a big issue ignored by BHO and
effects of the HC legislation will be felt and are being felt as
we speak.
Our ddebt, and our society as a whole are at risk.
But for those who have tolerance for details I think the
important talking points are the following: Lies about the costs,
the debt ( the phony CBO report ) the lack of availability of
Medical Care and increase unemployment to mention only a few
issues.
So--its the economy baby, its about unemployment, and its about
our social order.
PS: if and when cap and trade and immigration come in play the
same issues above will apply.
The Democrat Party wants power over you. And, at your expense.

A caller to a radio show today said not to just repeal the Health
Ins. bill, but to "REPEAL THE DEMOCRATS!"
I agree. Vote Republican. Hound them out of office, like Rush
said!
