RE: Scott Lee Cohen. Nice catch. Another bizarre twist in the history of Illinois politics. Some, including the Chicago Tribune editorial board, feel that the Illinois Lt. Governor post should be eliminated entirely. House Speaker Michael Madigan (who also heads up the Illinois Democratic Central Committee), Gov. Quinn, et. al., surely will find somebody who will "enhance" the party's ticket in November.
