"Parachute" Pelosi

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in a press conference today, vowing to continue efforts to have the government takeover the health care system:

“You go through the gate. If the gate’s closed, you go over the fence. If the fence is too high, we’ll pole vault in. If that doesn’t work, we’ll parachute in. But we’re going to get health care reform passed for the American people.”

What would her face look like before the parachute opened? I think I just threw up a bit in my mouth.

DLM| 1.28.10 @ 2:56PM

All the while ignoring the 'BEWARE OF DOG' sign.

We call that breaking and entering in my town. Here in Texas we have domain laws too, so she better be careful.

Was it just me, or did anyone else think so: at last night's SOTUS, were you also expecting drool to start dripping out of the corner of Nancy's mouth at any moment? The expression on her face just invited it.
DLM is right: Nancy and friends are trying to parachute this healthTAX bill right into our backyards, all the while unaware of the BEWARE of the DOG sign. Fortunately for us, BO and Nancy have awakened the Dogs, and have let them out. It's time for us to take back our Government.

"But we’re going to get health care reform passed for the American people.” Whether they like it or not! Trying to spin this dictatorship into a "can-do" attitude is just pathetic, who buys this garbage?

That scare crow needs to drop her arrogance. I mean she is a ding bat! Clueless. Really scary that her kind are making decisions for the other 300MM of us. Decisions that could really mess everything up!

Parachute in? As a skydiver myself, this silly woman would go in on the first jump and when does she want to make that jump? Soon?

Eric Cartman| 1.29.10 @ 1:57AM

I just hope to God she ain't wearing a dress when she "parachutes in"! I may turn gay!

Richard Baker| 1.29.10 @ 8:31AM

Eric Cartman:
I guess then that you'd not want to be at a "Lingerie jump" where the guys wear and jump in wearing women's underwear? Nothing funnier than a hairy body with women's underwear in freefall. And no, I have not participated in one of these jumps. Just stayed on the ground and laughed my butt off. Thank you, Scotty Carbone.

I'll bet that if she did parachute and land on her face, she would bounce 3/4 mile since her face is stretched so tight!
