Someone needs to look into the background of Conway-Russell's attorney to see what, if any, connection he or his firm have to ACORN, the Obama campaign and/or the DNC. Maybe nothing but it should be looked into.

Keep the ACORN videotapes on the air and shine the light on these leftist cockroaches. The mood this country is in, ACORN will be lucky it's not tarred and feathered!

I greatly benefit from your articles every time I read one. Thanks for the shoulder bag info, it helps a lot.
We share the opinion on backpacks and I really enjoy reading your article.

I'm starting to get the impression that Matthew Vadum is not a fan of ACORN.

Took you a while, Toddard; not the sharpest tool in the shed are you?

This is a nuiscance suit. It will not get anywhere in court. However, with lawyers costing $750/hour I am pretty sure these 2 people cannot afford the retainer. Even if the judge dismisses the case early, they could incur tens of thousands of dollars in legal and administrative charges.

ACORN will discover that these two will not roll over and in the end the organization will have only highlighted its criminality. Desperation time has set in.

I venture to say that those young people will have sufficient funds to try the case.
(heh heh)

Breitbart has stated that there are more unseen (devastating) ACORN videos. Uh oh.
Open your books, ACORN!
