BOSTON, Mass. -- The band here in the ballroom at the Park Plaza hotel is rocking out to a cover band playing Wilson Pickett's "Mustang Sally." Polls just closed and campaign staffers suggest that a victory will be celebrated here at Scott Brown's campaign HQ.

Strike up the band, Brown has carried the day. It's all over. 60% of the votes are in and Brown leads by 7%.
