Investigate this now.Penn State cannot investigate itself. Since all of this is public dollars it should be open hearings, convened immediately, by officials that have to stand for election. Penn State is the problem. By giving status and resources [ taxpayers money] to people like Mann that influence other unelected and elected officials to impose unknowable billions of dollars burden on our country. What would a line item audit of all the public dollars that have flowed to Mann look like? Does anyone care? Just who is it spending our money?
