Save Our Property Rights

That's my topic in my column today at The Washington Times, along with a Times editorial that is related that is called "Leave our fish ponds alone," and along with a hat tip to some think tanks here. It's an important topic. Our rights as freemen depend on it.

Oh, "navigable" is already defined so broadly that it already applies essentially to every drop of water in the country. Too worry that dropping"navigable" would be "going TOO far" is to concede that the CURRENT ultra-broad definition is reasonable -- which it most certainly is NOT.
In short, they've ALREADY gone TOO far .... WAY TOO FAR. And we did nothing.
This (among many other things) is our punishment for our total lack of vigilance>

Of all the critial problems that this country now faces [primarily the debt, the deficit and the expense/cost side of the governmental ledger]; anyone priortizing this excrement is a fool [of course, that may be one of the definitions of the Democrats anyway]. America's government[s] are drowning in red ink, completely waste it's taxpayers hard earned income and is purposely blinded as to its terrorist threat; and some liberal elitest, overly educated eggheads are worried about global warming? Can anyone say THE ROMAN EMPIRE?????????
