I'm reminded of an old joke about Arkansas Democrat Wilbur Mills who was once caught intoxicatingly flaundering in a DC waterfountain with a stripper and supposedly phoned Ted Kennedy and inquired: WELL I'VE GOT HER IN THE WATER NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
