Christmas in the Senate

Democrats now say they are prepared to extend the health care debate through Christmas to pass a bill by the end of the year, the Hill reports.

"The Republican leadership is stalling us, so we have decided we are going right through Christmas," Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson said.

Well what's new about Christmas?

If you will recall, during the very first Christmas season, the King had all the infants killed in the whole kingdom....but God had other plans. heh.

Underhanded move. The Dems probably are either Jewish or atheist, so this move doesn't bother them a bit. Christmas means nothing to them. Along those lines, how does NYC allow a tree to be lit in their midst? Wouldn't this offend 3/4 of the population there? Isn't it insensitive?

I must be psychotic....er....I mean...psychic. I wrote this last night in a different thread:

First, ObamaCare had to be done by the August recess.
Then it had to be done by September 15.
Then it had to be done by Columbus Day.
Then it had to be done by Halloween.
Then it had to be done by election day.
Then it had to be done by Thanksgiving.
Now it has to be done by Christmas/end of the year.
After that comes and goes, it'll have to be done by the State of the Union.
Then it will have to be done by....

ObamaCare is dead.
Buh-bye ObamaCare, buh-bye!

The arrogance of Nelson (he probably wants another ride on the Shuttle), Rockefeller, and the entire crowd of Democrats (why do they call themselves that? They believe in dictatorial fiat) is most brazen. Believe that the slaughter in next years election will be a sight to behold. Sic semper Tyrannis.
