A "must read" of the day: Mary Katharine Ham's article about the reaction of 9/11 victims' families to the Holder decision on the KSM trial. Very moving. Sample:

"Peter Regan--who lost his dad, a New York firefighter, on 9/11--is disturbed by the plan on several fronts. After 9/11, the then 20-year-old joined the Marines, serving two tours in Iraq before coming back home to follow in his father's footsteps in the fire department. The possibility that they may face trial in civilian courts means suspected terrorists captured on the battlefield may have to be informed of their right to counsel and to remain silent. I just couldn't imagine," Regan says. "We're soldiers and Marines and sailors. It's not our job. We're not cops. We learn Miranda rights once we come back if we want to pursue that career.""

Everyone is skating around the truth [the issue]. Holder, his boss,etc WANT New York City to be attacked. That is their game plan, folks. It's not rocket science. Someone recently stated that while military/JAG lawyers [already screened/vetted] representing KSM,etc in a military court would be allowed access to the CIA,etc classified files; that they would be duty-bound to keep them from the public [or more importantly our enemies---the terrorists]. Civilian lawyers would not be so restricted and the CIA's classified materials,etc could/would find their way into our enemy's hands for use against us. This can only be accompolished by having civilian trials in NYC etc; and that is exactly what Holder etc want. Wake up, America------WAKE UP!!!!!

Continuing, in holding the trials in NYC, both domestic and foreign terrorists will become motivated to attack the city's structure and its people as payback,etc for their percieved shame that the trials will represent. Just as Muslim terrorists were incensed with rage over the cartoons of the Swedish newspapers, think about what will occur if/when these Muslims are tried in NYC?????????

This sordid affair is all about politics and as it unfolds the ugly nature of it will be apparent even to a caveman. I heard KSM is pleading "not guilty" and will give all kinds of anti-American speeches. If the"judge" allows this stuff to go on--allowing this to be a "show trial" against this country the I think it will be apparent to all what is really happening. If this KSM character admits to the deeds yet "justifies" them on his warped political views and the "judge" permits him to do that then you know too this is an Obama production.
