The Irish will soon be voting again on the so-called Lisbon Treaty, which would create a stronger consolidated government in Brussels.  Now some Europeans have organized a new website against this approach, arguing democracy yes, Lisbon no.

If the Irish do vote no to the Lisbon treaty it will be as much a protest against a government that is very unpopular as a comment on the treaty.
One of the main concerns of the 'No' campaign is that it will effect Ireland neutrality as the treaty requires collective defence and that member states maintain an effective military. Irelands armed forces are no longer woefull but she relies on the UK for air and sea defence.

Remember, the mess in Brussels is the result of the French wanting to be great again as Napolean was some time ago. Vive La France!
