Schiff is a modern-day Don Quixote.
Drunken Americans will never accede to having the punch bowl taken away from them while the party is just picking up steam again.
Recession? What are you, a teetotaler? Seen the stock market lately? Ka-CHING, baby.
That's SO first quarter 2009. Pass me your glass, sweetheart. Time to fill 'er up.
Please don't call me Mr. Bernanke. It's Helicopter Ben to you, honey bunny.
Ben's such a cool bartender. He NEVER cuts you off.
He'll be happy to keep putting off the hangover until the booze runs out and it's left to China to throw cold water in our faces.
Tick - tick -tick.

Schiff for Senate. It sounds good.

Peter Schiff and Rand Paul. It's nice to have someone to support, even if I can't vote for either.
What will be interesting to watch is their reception by the Liberal internationalist GOP establishment.

Oh - and thank you Mr. Antle. I'm curious as to what you personally think of Rand Paul and Peter Schiff's positions on the issues.
W. James Antle III| 9.18.09 @ 11:41AM
I'm in substantial agreement with them, Rand Paul more than Peter Schiff because Schiff is a conventional libertarian on issues like abortion and immigration. Though Schiff is running in a pro-choice state and Paul the younger is not.

Thank you, Mr. Antle. I feel precisely the same way, and truly appreciate the work you do here.
Thank you.

Why not note his claim to fame? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2I0QN-FYkpw
And here's why he'll crush Dodd: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuAIinwcYk8
And why Simmons should be bumped off: "D" grade from National Taxpayers Union

And thankfully both Schiff and Rand Paul seem to be going out of their way to assure voters and potential supporters that they're significantly more mainstream on foreign policy than extremist isolationist foreign policy leftist Ron Paul.
The edler Paul is fantastic on domestic matters. And Schiff and Rand Paul will most certainly reflect that. Add in a reasonable position on foreign policy tas opposed to Ron Paul's often nutty extremism, and you might just have a broad-based winning formula.
