Why spend $15 million when you can spend $15 billion on the same thing? That's a question raised in an item already posted on the main site for tomorrow, concerning efforts to reject an approved small-business military medical records program at the Pentagon and return its operations to major corporate old boys who prefer to deal in billions and not measly millions.
