only to 1.4 in almost a year, not good. wifi restrictions need to be lifted to make "the social" work, add video to zm. in short the zune is the only good thing about owning a zune.

I have started to think that the real "savings" in government health care will be due to the government exempting itself from lawsuits.
Then, abracadabra, no need for 10 MRIs to rule out that 0.01% chance that my back pain was caused by cancer. And for that 1 in 10,000 people where it is? They can try suing the federal government if they want to hear roars of laughter.
As usual, government screws things up, then demands additional powers with which to "fix" it, thereby screwing it up worse.

Roy, the lawsuits against the government will explode. Currently, the Federal Tort Claims Act permits plaintiffs to sue the federal government in U. S. District Courts. There is no jury trial. The federal judge decides liability and damages. This will become a very giant sized cookie jar for malpractice plaintiffs and plaintiffs' attornies.

The solution is to nationalize legal services, guaranteeing every man, woman, dog and tree the access to litigation that the 21st century demands.
Government will assign cases to lawyers and pay reasonable fees. America will be a better place when the top pay for a lawyer is GS 15.
