A picture worth a thousand words:

From indeed.com, a job search engine, comes this list of best and worst cities in which to find a job. The blue chairs represent job openings in a city. The orange men represent unemployed people. Washington, D.C. is a great place to start a job search, with six job openings posted for every one unemployed person. Jacksonville is the only other city with more job openings than unemployed. It only gets worse from there, bottoming out with Detroit, which has 18 unemployed workers for every job opening.

This Obama fellow is working wonders for the economy! Why here in Washington, DC, we are just flsuh with cash. I don't understand these naysayers complaining about unemployment and the economy. Why I don't know anyone who doesn't have a high paying job in MY neighborhood. Why since the inauguration, we hard-working federal employees have gotten a new paid parental leave benefit, new student loan reimbursement benefits, and we can now extend our health insurance to our domestic partners.

Ah, the economy is thriving with hope and change. Thank you, voters and taxpayers.
