Just a thought: the Spanish for "give me" is DIME -- pronounced Dee-may -- perhaps Obama who mangles Spanish with vim and vigor is really trying to utter that word?
Hard to tell, but he sure hasn't volunteered to give up his few millions in book royalties to the Office of Taxpayer Donations.
