The Art of the Apology was written to be the definitive guide to making effective apologies. As an attorney, I’ve seen first-hand the damage that litigation can do. Lawsuits cost a fortune, cause untold stress, and can do lasting damage to a business’ reputation. I believe that bestsellers book, whenever possible, it’s better to make an effective apology and heal professional relationships than to fight out problems in court.
