Think how much good these people could do if they spent as much
time making their communities a better place instead of prepping
for their coming armed revolution and spinning increasingly
delusional conspiracies.

Think how much less Pete would hate himself if he had enough
masculinity to have ever fired a weapon.
Pete| 4.7.09 @ 6:13PM
Why, what a witty and well thought out retort. Actually,
chuckles, I have shot a gun before. I personally could take them
or leave them.
If one has to find self-validation or gender validation based on
firearms, then their lives have substantially more issues than
some imaginary forces conspiring against them.
Pete Sucks| 4.7.09 @ 6:16PM
Sure you have, nancy boy.

Did Spectator READ this article before posting? Some of those
people had EXTREME conspiracy theories. Is Spectator endorsing
them?

What an interesting article. Some of us would be very at home.
However, if any group of US citizens goes up against an SF
contingent they'd get their plow cleaned. But its great to know
that some Americans are still exercising their 2nd Amendment
rights.

Hey, Pete Sucks...
Was it Freud who noted that hoplophobia was a symptom of sexual
and emotional immaturity?
Even with those who are personally blasé about weaponry, they
fear more your freedom to have and defend yourself with weapons.
I look at the autoweapon this way: At over a buck a round, and
twelve rounds a second, one can burn through a day's pay rather
fast.
BTW, did Sigfried READ this article before commenting? Some of
the lefties posting here are EXTREMELY SILLY. Is Ziggy endorsing
them?

Louis, head-to-head maybe, but an inferior, lighter-armed force
can cause LOTS of problems fighting a guerilla war.
How long have we been in Afghanistan again? Do we NOT have SF
there?
Ran Sucks| 4.8.09 @ 9:35AM
No Ran, you're wrong. Pete Sucks is cool!

Guns make great political symbols for them wine sipping, NPR
listening Volvo drivers. In fact you can be pretty much expect
them to ridicule ANYTHING that people in Kentucky do.
Ounce for ounce, automobiles and swimming pools kill far more
Americans annually, including children, than all the guns in 50
states and DC.
Naturally though, only an ass would advocate banning cars, or
cars that go above 25 MPH, or just the cars fitted with spoilers
and chrome exhausts preferred by criminals, because you can't
trample the rights of Volvo drivers .
We can't have a few criminals are driving off bridges trick us
into replacing bridges with ferries.

I live in the Bay Area, work in San Francisco and am trained to
use firearms. I'm armed not because I think the black helicopters
are coming, but, because when the big earthquake hits, I will be
prepared for those people who want to rob and kill my family. If
you think this is fantasy, look up the news from the 1989
earthquake or the riots in LA after the first Rodney King
verdict. The businesses that were not destroyed in Central LA,
were those that were protected by armed owners. Hide in your hole
if you want to and pray (oh sorry, liberals don't believe in God
do they?) the police arrive in time to save your sorry asses. The
Boy Scouts (another organization despised by the left) taught me
to be prepared. The Navy taught me other things. My family won't
be victims Pete, will yours?
Pete Sucks| 4.8.09 @ 11:40AM
Ran,
Yeah, liberals fear guns in the hands of citizens. They love them
in the hands of their anointed Gestapo, though.
