Where is the Supreme Curt in all of this? That body curtailed some of FDR's unconstitutional activities and the current 9 should do their duty as well. They can begin with confirming Obama's American birth. They should then review the constitutionality of Obama firing a private citizen and confiscating land.

Carner, the SCOTUS can't address what hasn't been teed up to them in a lawsuit. TARP opponents have come up small in this regard.
