It turns out that the story about the president reading a thank you to himself off a teleprompter, mentioned here Saturday, was misreported. Obama was joking.

There's no video because there were no cameras. The event was covered by a print-only pool.

I am pretty sure Hannity showed a video of this kerfuffle of this event on his TV show. I would recommend checking with Hannity's folks before accepting this story.

I think it is odd that this story came from across the pond instead of from our MSM.
