Lightworker's being "overwhelmed" is most understandable. He has never run anything other than a campaign. That venture is focussed on one point. However, to manage means having to choose priorities. Otherwise, you get very little accomplished because the quotidian overwhelms your focus.
Lightworker thinks he can do it all. He is now being mugged by the reality that all good executives know: you can't do it all. That will be a piece of luck for the country because his agenda is hurtful to the long term security and prosperity.
