David still has his priorities in order: "The only thing more scary than Obama’s experiment is the thought that it might fail and the political power will swing over to a Republican Party that is currently unfit to wield it."

He lives in fear of the "Rush Limbaugh brigades." No social status there.

Mr. Brooks has proven he's unfit to wield what little power he has. He's also proven in writing he's not a team player in the conservative arena.

If he were intelligent as well as a gentleman, he would now be writing on his best stationary a note of apology to Sarah Palin. And, it would help his future career if he got Christopher Buckley , Peggy Noonan, Jeffrey Hart, David Frum, and Kathleen Parker to go in with him on a chartered jet to Alaska and they deliver that note in person.

"Rush Limbaugh Brigades: aka, middle class yokels too stupid to understand the complexity of Brooksian "moderation". Ah, the nuance of my betters.

This man, Brooks, was thrown overboard years ago.

He is the RuPaul of the conservative movement.

I know. Heaven forbid we leave this Obama thing behind and embrace Reaganomics again!

Bob| 3.3.09 @ 3:43PM

Perhaps, Hunter, you should study Reaganomics a bit more:

This was written by one of Reagan's chief economists. Hmmmmmm......

Hey Ruthie, for a person that pays no attention to my posts, you sure respond to all of them. Hmmmm... Please keep it up. I'll post even more. You just encourage me.

ruth| 3.4.09 @ 12:00PM

I was talking about Brooks, fool. Get over yourself.

Bob| 3.4.09 @ 1:44PM

Ruthie Hilton -- that was obvious when you respond to my posts so often?

Bob, Paris is in her twenties and a lot of men (like you) think she's sexy; so I'll take your compliment. Otherwise, I'm a brunette with brown eyes, probably have 30 IQ points on Paris, and, unlike the little heiress, I've read Tolstoy. Airhead doesn't apply to me, never has, but I must admit, she sure seems to have a lot of fun. So, thank you for your kind words. :)
