Let me add my voice to those here who so eloquently expressed
their fond memories and appreciation of Larry Henry, who died
earlier this week. He did write like a dream, with grace and
spirit and vividness and insight. That was in public. In private,
he was a wonderful correspondent with a zest for life undimmed by
his inability because of his illness to enjoy some of the parts
of life (like golf) that he used to adore. I never met him, to my
chagrin, but it was about golf that we wrote back and forth. He
loved the game for all the right reasons. And he loved life for
all the right reasons. May God grant him greening fairways
forever.

God bless and keep Larry.
I especially enjoyed his columns about golf which reflected his love of the game. Rest in peace.

difference between conservative and Commie writers:
conservatives (the talented ones) write like a dream;
Commies write like a nightmare.
