Robert Gibbs, whose idea of seducing the press is making snide remarks and then ignoring questions out of sheer pettiness, is off to a great start so far. Here's a video where Jake Tapper blows the lid on Obama's supposed pledge to transparency, and only gets a fist full of eye-rolling in response.

It's a hard accomplishment, but he's coming in a close second to Scott McClellan as "Presidential Press Secretary The White House Press Corps Wants To Punch."

ALSO: Does Tapper almost drop the f-bomb in there?

Y'all,

Don't be fooled by Gibb's down-home, polite mannerisms. It is all an act--and by the video of the Tapper-Gibbs exchange--the varnish is already wearing thin.

Just recall the exchanges he had with various Fox News anchors when he was one of Barackus Ceasar Obamus' campaign spokesman--I used to think that the nothing could be as ill-tempered, disingenuous, dishonest, and downright hateful than the troika of Carville/Begala/Stephanopolous--until I was able to take the full measure of this chap Gibbs. He's an abosolute knife fighter. This is going to be fun to watch Gibbs if Barackus continues to stumble.

All the class of Rahm Emanuel.
