Maybe it's time to heed Steve Sailer's suggestion that Martin Luther King Day be moved to the Friday before Labor Day to commemorate King's "I Have A Dream" speech -- and make the holiday more popular with the private sector by creating a four-day, summer-ending weekend.

Actually, it is time to stop sending traffic to a baying at the moon white supremacist like Steve Sailer. But, thanks for letting us know what kind of company you keep, James.

I think Mr. Antle is correct, and of course so is Steve Sailer. The added benefit of making King day focus on the Dream speech is that it will put the focus on the “content of character” argument that was still the public face of the civil rights movement at that time, rather than the black power aspect that took over once the basic civil rights goals were met.

Once the racial identity movement took over, meaning the kind of left wing double talk that creatures like our PC interloper live by, the whole argument for the original civil rights movement fell apart.

So now we have Pastor Wright, who was President Obama’s mentor for twenty odd years, giving a sermon the day before inauguration, where among other things he says that black folk ought not let people who “don’t look like them” tell them how to think or behave. What if that argument were turned around?

If Politically Correct double talkers like Interloper think “associating” with “right wingers” is bad, what do they think of associating with black power racists like Rev. Wright is like, good? Especially when you are, you know, the President of the United States?
