More Obama on Card Check

Marc Ambinder has posted a more complete transcript of of Obama's remarks. As I speculated earlier, Obama believes that "the way the Bush Administration managed the Department of Labor, the NLRB, and a host of other aspects of labor management relations put the thumb too heavily against unions."

unions are still a little too mob influenced
but what an ugly mess 'immigration' is going to be.
that's what it's about, don't kid yourselves, union carding??

how about carding illegals? after they are rounded up.

that is, what will labor itself mean when Jose and Maria are more in evidence?

the right to anonymous ballots will seem as nothing.

What the Right does not dare mention about 'card check' is it is a two-way street. A simple majority of workers can decertify a union the same as it can lead to certification.

but how many workers will want to decertify their unions?
do you also mean a union can be decertified soon after it is created even before it goes into operation?

If unions are the best thing since apple pie ,, why do you suppose Wal-Mart would close an entire store rather than allow the union in?
