James, the vote was actually 114 to 1 to 1. There was one voting "Present."

Rather interesting story about the two who voted Nay, and Present.

Turns out they're both hardcore Blago-vians from the southside of Chicago. One of them, Rep. Elga Jefferies even boasted that Blago might offer her a job soon.
