Unfortunately, the ugliness on Israel's Gaza incursion does not all flow in one direction. There's this bit from columnist Debbie Schlussel: "While I want Israel to beat HAMAS, there is only one way to do so--total annihilation of the Palestinians, who are all HAMAS. And again, Israel neither has the guts to do this, nor the ability to do so with its unfortunate dependence upon America and the international community."

She actually shares many of the assumptions that I've encountered in anti-Israel pieces: the latest offensive is just a "Kadima campaign commercial;" the U.S. is pulling the strings; exterminationist sentiment is in Israel's interests.

None, absolute zero Palestinians have peaceful intent toward Israel. Every "peace" is just a pause before the next round of war. Someday, after some very serious event, a majority of Israelis will decide that is indeed the case, and there will truly be "hell to pay". The "world community" is against them, and they must a some point realize they are practically alone and must use the stockpile of weapons we have been selling them for decades. They once beat three countries simultaneously and they are capable of doing it again.

I dare suggest that any future meetings between President Obama would have him visiting the tombs of former Hamas leadership.

Total annihilation of the palestinians is a good start.

"total annihilation of the Palestinians"

- Now that's a Christ-like approach.

TJ's quote, "Israel is the leech in America's Azzcrack. " This is Christ-like? Slow down, hypocrite.

Sounds like Am Spec readers are excited about Israel planning a Final Solution. Then Israel can be rid of those dirty Palestinians forever. God wants you to have it all, because He thinks you're so special. Commandments like "thou shalt not kill" are for lesser races, with whom God has no Covenants. The Palestinians are all hateful cockroaches, while Israelis are pure and good. If you are pure and good, then everything you do is pure and good. God loves you more. God hates anyone who opposes you.
