No Frog Marches

My Examiner column today stands as a rebuke to Henry Waxman, and a rebuke to overzealous prosecutors who seek to criminalize bad business decisions. Feedback is welcome.

"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."

Congress has failed to take action on Chris Dodd, Barney Franks, and I am sure I am missing several of their own.

One keeps hearing from various quarters that the economy won't rebound until someone's scalp is taken. I don't get that mentality. Nor can I tolerate it when Congress, usually the Dens, hold show hearings wherein they berate some poor schmo just to get TV face time. Nor do I have much pity for people who bought homes they could not afford. Capt. America is right. Let's get the Congress critters on the griddle, before we start punishing capitalism.
