One thing to keep in mind regarding the late break toward Obama
among moderate/liberal Republicans is that there's a decent
chance, in order to create the appearance that he's interested in
bipartisanship, a President Obama would make a few token
Republican appointments. So it doesn't surprise me that some of
these wobbly Republicans would defect in the closing stages of
the campaign given that Obama is the overwhelming favorite and
they'd like to get on his good side. I'd take them more seriously
were they to have endorsed Obama, say, six weeks ago, when there
were serious doubts about his chances.
Sounds slimy to me....but what's new?! If they want to flip flop
and endorse Obama now just to get an appointed position-then
Obama and his illuminati can have them! I don't want them on my
team anymore, calling themselves a Repulican!
