Re: Re: Stop Right There!

I will gladly step up to the challenge of having been the single harshest critic of the McCain ticket's debate performances. Name me one other conservative who wrote after ALL THREE PREVIOUS DEBATES (including Palin's) that the Republican lost the debate. Add to that my immediate criticism of the choice of Palin to start with.

Q. How can you tell when a political party has nominated the wrong candidate?

A. When commentators normally on the same side of the isle are arguing over who is his/her harshest critic.

Last night I watched an extremely aggressive debate in which John McCain not only held his own, but also took Obama apart on some key issues. When the Fox News talking heads came on, lo and behold, Bill Kristol and Fred Barnes were saying how this debate was a disaster for Senator McCain. Brent Bozell III echoed the same sentiment this morning on "Fox and Friends." Were they watching the same debate that I saw?

To all appearances, being hypercritical of the nominee is now a badge of honor among "conservative pundits." How do I tell you guys apart from the MSM?

james23---You can't tell these guys apart!!! Kristol, Barnes, Chris Buckley, Brooks, Krauthammer...I'll not buy their products. I believe Fox News is betting the messiah wins, and wants to be in the game---a business decision, adoring the obama---and that's what OUR side is doing. Brooks calling the obama a "mountain"---he's a mountain alright---a mountain of horse manure, commie!

Rupert Murdock's (yes, of FOX fame) fortune is originally built on B-Sky-B Network including esp. porn. He is arguably presently the world's largest purveyor of porn through his networks worldwide. Knowing that, the turning of FOX whichever way the winds are blowing should come as no surprise.

I believe the outcome of this election will determine the future of freedom in our country. It is disgusting to me that so many of our male conservative pundits are such weak weenies. Where is our courage? A pox on all their houses!
