It's an amusing demonstration of the fact that many rules
adopted to keep third-party candidates off the ballot are routinely
waived or ignored when it comes to the two major parties. But I'm
not sure this sends the right message -- or is the best use of
resources -- given that one of Barr's biggest problems is ballot
access in several states. (His other problems are Sarah Palin and
that Ron Paul press conference, as your humble servant has pointed out.)
