Biden Certainly Represents Change

Joe Biden a few minutes ago:

"When [Barack Obama] came to Washington, I watched him hit the road running, leading the fight to pass the most sweeping ethics reform in a generation. He reached across party lines to pass a law that helps keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of terrorists."

Biden to me on January 2, 2008:
"Barack Obama hasn't passed anything that I'm aware of."
