Something about this Washington Post story doesn't make sense:
Clinton's campaign was $22.5 million in debt at the end of May. . . .Obama raised $22 million in May, and finished the month with more than $43 million cash on hand. At this rate, he'll raise another $100 million before Election Day. So why does the cash-rich winner need a personal introduction to the supporters of the bankrupt loser?
On Thursday night, Clinton will introduce Obama to a group of her top donors at the Mayflower Hotel in the District, a bid to smooth relations between her supporters and the presumptive Democratic nominee.
