Re: Florida Landscape

Romney's ad is good but does he think we won't know that the unnamed state he governed was Massachusetts? He obviously is trying to stress his business background (smart idea) and make the case to conservatives (also smart considering Huckabee may be limping along and Thompson may be exiting). However, at least this message of tax cuts and fixing broken government seems an awful lot like Rudy's message. What sets them apart most clearly are social issues and immigration --two topics not getting much attention in Florida so far. UPDATE: Meanwhile Rudy gets a Dennis Prager endorsement and an argument why he is more conservative than McCain. (Romney gets no consideration.) Meanwhile, the push back against the anti-McCain conservative establishment continues today, albeit in somewhat more restrained language than Saturday's blast.
