Congressman Ron Paul knows that he's not going to win the nomination of the Republican Party and he has, as he puts it "no plans" to run as a Libertarian or any other third party spoiler. He's looking to endorse someone, and, I'm guessing (from several pretty obvious clues) that that person is... Mitt Romney.
