Guess Who's Back In Iraq?

Well, that was quick. CNN is reporting that -- after several weeks of comparative decline -- attacks against American troops by bombs "believed linked to Iran" are again on the rise. According to General Petraeus, "EFPs have gone up, actually, over the last 10 days by a factor of two or three." All of which puts the lie to claims that Iran is behaving better in Iraq -- and should dispel any doubt about exactly who calls the shots on the ground.

Iraq, Iran
